The "Best Part" commercial takes place in an ordinary, generic office. A man sitting at a table is finishing a bag of Doritos. As he finishes the chips, a man appears to his right, asking if he could have some Doritos. When the other man tells him he finished eating them, his colleague to the left begins licking the leftover cheese off of his fingers. The commercial concludes with another coworker wiping Doritos cheese on his pants.
