NOTE: You start with no gear - all your weapons are gone.
Grab the Shotgun and Pistol to your right, along with the health and armor. Run forward into the green light to teleport to a platform covered with Imps. Use the open area to avoid their fireballs and clean house - when they're all dead, a wall will dematerialize and let you continue. Check for one last Imp and a stash of ammo, health, and armor that's behind the still-apparent wall on the platform first,
Grab the Shotgun ammo on the platform and move across the path - you can fall in the holes, so be careful. Head into the cave here and you'll fight a Hellknight with nothing but a Shotgun - run-and-gun until, six shots later, he falls, and you'll be accosted by a duo of Cherubs. Kill them, and head into one of the halls at the side to find a Chainsaw, and then kill the Imp that spawns after you grab it.
The next room you enter has two hallways, one on either side. Head down the right one and two Imps spawn in - head down the other one and you'll find a Chaingun. Return to the main area and kill the Lost Souls that pour in through the opening on the left. Head across the platforms to get to the other side (don't fall), and you'll want to keep an eye out for any further Lost Souls.
In the next area, tall bars keep you stuck in the hallway. Kill any Lost Souls you find, and as you progress down the hallway, a Hellknight will come up behind you. Kill it and the few Imps that spawn here, and grab the Chaingun ammo and other items. Check the far corner of the hallway and the bars raise, letting you into the next area. Once you enter, another Hellknight shows up, with a posse of Cherubs - kill them all, and keep moving.
There's a Plasma Gun lying on the ground ahead of you, but grab the ammo and health on the left first - once you grab the Plasma Gun, the floor drops out and delivers you to a lower dungeon in Hell. There's a Berserker power-up ahead of you, so grab it and clear out the Imps and Hellknights throughout the area. Once it's clear, search around to find some more items before you follow the trail of lit footprints to another teleporter, which transports you to the next section of Hell.
There's a cache of ammo in front of you, and a PDA to the right with more ammo and a Rocket Launcher. You're beginning to restock all of your gear...head through the gate and avoid the Mancubus that spawns on your right, continuing under the rock to get to the other side of the gap. Shoot down the Lost Souls, and head through the narrow hallway and go upstairs to reach an upper level that overlooks the gap where the Mancubi are (two more have spawned). You'll find Imps on your left, as well as more ammo and health. Keep following the tunnel up to a door with a skull decoration, which opens as you approach to allow a Lost Soul and some Imps to attack you.
Fight off the Lost Souls as you continue to head up. There's another door with a skull here, and left of it is an ammo and armor cache. Stock up, equip your Chainsaw and slice through the Zombies that appear.
Head through the doorway and be prepared for the Hellknight and Lost Souls that appear, funneling them through the door to make them easier to deal with. Go into the next room and grab the health, then head into the next door. Kill the Imps scattered about, and grab the BFG ammunition and other items on the ledge to your left. A Hellknight spawns behind you, so kill it as well.
Another Hellknight comes down the path to your left with more Cherubs as backup - kill them all, then head down the hallway and upstairs into a cage. A Mancubus awaits you in this makeshift arena, so kill it (use the pillar as cover) and grab the ammo before you head to the stairs across the way. Open the door and kill the Mancubus waiting for you, and another Mancubus will spawn in the room beyond the door with a group of Cherubs for backup.
Move into the next dark room and you'll be locked in a small area with a Hellknight - blast him, and you'll automatically teleport to another section of Hell.
Move forward, and restock your health and ammo before you use the teleporter at the end of the hallway. Equip your Rocket Launcher and use the teleporter to face the boss of Hell - the Guardian.
BOSS: Guardian

- The Rocket Launcher is your best bet during the battle with the Guardian. You can't hurt it - the Guardian is impervious to attacks. It is, however, vulnerable when it summons Seekers.
- When the Guardian summons Seekers, it remains stationary and fires a ring of fireballs that spread out from underneath it, and a blue glowing orb appears above the Guardian - this is your target. Fire rockets (or use the Chaingun if you have no Rocket Launcher ammo) at this orb.
- Eventually the orb will dissipate, and the only way to force the Guardian to become vulnerable again is to kill the Seekers it's summoned already - there's usually three, but you may run across the odd four Seekers from time to time.
- TIP: When you've defeated all but one Seeker, reload your weapons before you deal with it so you don't waste precious time once the Guardian becomes vulnerable - sometimes a couple of seconds is the difference between reloading your rockets and killing the beast.
- TIP: If the orb isn't turning purple, you're not hitting it - this is especially important if you're using the Chaingun, because it's a waste of ammo and time to fire at the orb only to miss. Make sure that it turns purple as you fire on it.
- There's Rockets scattered around this area, and at the base of walls, as well as three Medkits clustered together. After a few rounds of attacking and defending, the Guardian will fall, revealing the Soul Cube weapon. Collect it, and you'll be warped back to the entrance to Hell. Use the teleporter to complete the level.

TIP: Chaingun Commandos fall prey to guerilla tactics - when you spot one, take cover in a doorway to force him to close the distance, and then blast him when he enters with a close-range Shotgun blast.
Grab the SMG nearby before you move across the room and drop into the hole in the floor. Follow these ducts, collecting armor and ammo, until you reach a hole - there's a Chaingun Commando below you that is easier to defeat with a well-thrown grenade from above. Drop down, and take out the Commando that follows.
Grab the Chaingun the Commando dropped and head around the corner to take out another Commando, then check the crates near the stairs to find health, ammo, and an adrenaline shot. Once you grab the adrenaline, head down the corridor, and the wall ahead of you will rise, spitting an Archvile into the room. Run and kill the enemies the Archvile summons, and after five of them fall, use the now-ready Soul Cube to defeat the Archvile. There's ammo in the room the Archvile came from, so collect it and continue.
Head upstairs and follow the path to a door - enter and use the elevator to go up. A Chaingun Commando attacks you, so be prepared, then (as you exit), turn left to kill the Revenant in the Delta Authority Systems area.
Keep moving to the next room and use the elevator to reach the next floor. There's only one unlocked door here, so head in and you'll see Counselor Swann lying on the floor. Grab his PDA and enter the room behind him - crawl through a hole in the floor and you'll find yourself in a storage room with oodles of ammo for the taking.
Extend the nearby ladder and descend it to the lobby. There's an Archvile there, and it's summoning Commandos - use the same tactic of killing the Commandos first, then using the recharged Soul Cube on the Archvile. When it falls, another appears - rinse, lather, and repeat the process of Soul Cube attack and you should be at full health when it's over.
Through the next door is a Commando - kill him, and take down the Revenant around the corner on your left. Kill it and continue to complete the level.
