Alpha Labs Sector 1 Overview
- Move into the first room and head right, towards the desk. The lights will go off and you'll need to take out three Zombies - use your flashlight to search and destroy. Use the control panel to turn the lights back on, and grab the ammo and health laying about.
- In the next room, a Z-SEC will be behind some storage crates, and another will fire at you from your right. On the left, a Zombie will shamble towards you - kill everything, rinse, repeat. There's health, Armor shards, and ammo in plain sight all around. Go down the hallway and kill another Zombie that appears, then equip your Shotgun.
- Shoot the Imp as you open the next door to kill it in mid-air, then continue forward. There's a Z-SEC Zombie at the far doorway - shoot the explosive barrel near it with the Pistol to save ammo. Head through the next hallway to a door that leads to the EPD Lab.
- There's a Z-SEC Zombie on the other side of the door, waiting for you, and two Imps will spawn in as you work your way around the room. Avoid the beam in the middle of the room - it can't be good for you. There's a storage locker in back, so kill the Z-SEC Zombie that appears and use the code 752 to unlock it. Head into the room on your left.
- Run to the far end of the room and shoot the Z-SEC Zombie that's hiding in the pitch, then shoot the Zombie nearby. In this room you'll find another PDA - grab it, and a Z-SEC will pop out of the door on your right. Heading through that door will show you an Imp to kill. Use the control panel to open up a secret cache, then back track and head into the EPD Lab area.
- A Z-SEC Zombie is at the far end of this room - shoot him, head over to the EPD laser and, when it de-activates, run down the tunnel it fires through and duck to enter the shaft at the end. It opens into another area - shoot the Z-SEC from your current position, then head through.
- Down the hall is a pair of zombies at the bottom of the stairs, on your right. Head through the next hallway and an Imp will appear - Shotgun-rush him. There's a few Zombies milling about here, so shoot them and head through the door on your left - it opens to a hallway with another flaming gas leak blocking the path.
- Turn and head through the other door into the large dark area, there's tons of Zombies in here. There's a couple of stashes at the back that contain items and a Zombie - two for one deal. Head up the stairs on your right and grab the PDA at the end of the walkway. There's a control panel here to shut off the gas leak - hitting the button triggers an Imp to appear behind you, so equip your Shotgun before touching it.
- Head back to the place where the gas leak was, and shoot the two Imps that spawn in the darkness. Go through the door once blocked by the gas leak and move down the hallway - around the corner, you'll encounter another Z-SEC Zombie. Another will appear along with an Imp and attack from the direction of the hall, so take them out. Check the alcove to your left to grab extra ammo and health if needed.
- Maggots appear here, so back into the hallway and use your Shotgun to wipe them out. There are grenades in the back corner, be sure to pick them up before continuing through the door. Duck into a gap and crawl to find a hidden area to find some extra items, then open the bay door and enter.
- There's a Z-SEC Zombie waiting for you - take him down by shooting the explosive barrel next to him with the Pistol. Head down the path on the right hand side and into the room - in the back is a set of stairs that lead up to a Z-SEC Zombie. At the top of these stairs waits another Z-SEC and a Maggot on the left.
- Move down the hallway to find another room. Equip your Shotgun, then head up the stairs and kill the two Imps that drop into the area - move on. In the next room are a pair of Imps that spawn in after your little fit, so drop them and head left. There's a security lock that can be opened with a switch on the nearby pillar for some Shotgun ammo.
- You'll end up in the Hydrogen Control room, look left of the entrance to spot a Zombie. There's a Maggot and a Zombie inside to the right, so drop them with well-aimed headshots. An Imp appears from a wall on the left, so be ready with the Shotgun for it. Once it's dead, head through the gap and climb the ladder, following the path to a scientist - head under the wall to the left and grab a PDA. Jump down the hole in the floor and head through the door behind you.
- There's a Z-SEC and a regular Zombie here - one's ahead, the other's to your right as you enter. Move to the Hydrocon Lab.
- Kill the two Maggots that charge you, then head through the next door and shoot the Maggot here - grab the grenades from the wall on the left and use the Health Station if you need to, then move to the next hallway.
- The path branches - on the left is a dead-end with two Imps, you can go that way if you want to kill them. When you're finished, back track and take the right hand path. Shoot the maggot that appears, then spin and take down the two Z-SEC Zombies that try to sneak up on you. Check in the hole the Maggot popped out of for some extra items, then head into the next room.
- There's a ton of Maggots in here, and a PDA - kill the first, collect the second. Jump into the elevator to complete the level.

- Head through Engineering and find the entrance to Alpha Labs Sector 3.

Alpha Labs Sector 2 Overview
- TIP: Have your Shotgun equipped, reloaded, and ready before you start Sector 2.
- Head into the Level 2 Entrance and up the stairs to spawn two Imps into the room - blast them with your Shotgun, and grab the health and ammo hidden up here to the right.
- In the Security Checkpoint Junction, something short-circuits terribly, and an Imp will attack from behind - dust him. The door on the left is broken, so head to the right into the bathroom. Keep an eye out left as you enter to find a Zombie, then head forward.
- Two more Zombies will charge you as you progress, so take them down with headshots and be prepared for the Maggot that'll appear right after them. In back of the bathroom is a ladder to the Lavatory Ventilation Ducts, so climb up and take a right in the duct to get some extra items. There's a Maggot hiding amongst them, so be ready. Head back to the branch and take the other path to continue.
- When you drop into the room, quickly spin and take out the Imp behind you. Another Imp will charge you from the right corner, and a Maggot will show up once the charging Imp falls - be ready for them. Once they're dead, collect the ammo scattered about, and grab the PDA.
- TIP: A Health Station is available here if you need it - be sure to make a note, you can backtrack to it if necessary later.
- Head back to the Engineering Security room - there's a hole in the floor that has some armor in it, take it if you need to and head to the Junction D03/04 room.
- The next room is a vacuum - there's no oxygen, so hurry and kill the Imp and Maggot, and run to the Coolant Oxygen room. Walk in and shoot the Imp that spawns on your left, and move forward to the next door. As soon as it opens, a Z-SEC Zombie will be visible, so blast him and keep moving.
- Head down the hallway and through the bend to see soldiers running by - keep moving to wind up in the lower level of the MFS Compressor room. Head across the way and down the stairs, shoot the Maggot and Z-SEC Zombies that appear, and grab the Video Disk and PDA off the desk. There's a control panel here that'll drop a ladder on your left - climb it and through the vent ducts to grab some extra items.
- Head back to the MFS Compressor room and jump over the moving compressor on the right hand side of the room to find a storage locker, use 409 to open it and snatch up some goodies. Leave the room and head to Hatchway H02/H03.
- Head into the Storage and Engineering room, and look to your right to find a Z-SEC Zombie. Blast him, and take out the enemies that appear, which include an Imp, another Z-SEC, and a Maggot.
- There's a lot of items here to pick up, so be sure to grab what you need. Head to the lift in the corner and use it to head to the lower level - a Maggot and an Imp will attack as you ride. You'll be heading to the Engineering and Collant area.
- A man will show up and ask you to follow - first, check out the room he was in to find some items, then follow him.
- TIP: When following the guy, you'll actually need to stay more in front of him for the light he carries to be worth anything. Also, if you escort him all the way to the end, you'll be ambushed by two Imps - if he dies, they won't show up, so you can make it easier on yourself by killing him or letting him die.
- There will be a ladder at the end of the path the man took you down, so climb up it to the upper level and check behind the top of the ladder for a storage locker. Use 102 to unlock it and grab the items inside.
- This is a fun area - in the Coolant Flow Control room, there are no enemies, but bodies are hanging from the ceiling that react with realistic physics. If you're bored, smack one with your flashlight to cheer yourself up - the Turkey Puncher game was broken after the invasion, after all. Jump down between the beams to the lower level of the room and duck into the shaft at the end. Keep moving until you get to the MFS Control room.
- Trites appear when you get here, so take note of the Health Station location - there's a ton more where the one Trite came from. Use the control panel to the left of where you spotted the first Trite, and it'll drop a ladder - which you can't use until you fight two waves of Trites.
- TIP: Stay in the corner where the ladder will drop after releasing it to cut out a lot of work - turning to shoot them while more come up behind you is a pain. When you wipe out the first wave, climb up the ladder and jump back off, as the second wave spawns on the upper level. You can blast them from below (they can't use the ladder), and when they're dead, just climb the ladder and open the door to complete the level.
