Donkey Kong Country Walkthrough

Donkey Kong Country is a platform game that was developed by Rare and published by Nintendo. The game was released on the Super Nintendo in North America, Europe, and Japan in 1994. The game puts the player in control of the titular Donkey Kong and his sidekick Diddy Kong. The 2 characters must travel around various levels to defeat the Kremlin Klan and retrieve their stolen banana bunch.

This walkthrough will guide the players through these levels and detail how to get past the many obstacles and how to find the hidden bonus rooms. There will also be a short guide on how to defeat the bosses that will appear throughout the game.

Story

Diddy Kong was given task of Donkey Kong's personal banana hoard. When it started to rain that night, the Kremlin Klan appeared to take the bananas away. Diddy tried to take on the Kremlins by himself but he was no match for them. The next morning, Donkey Kong got out his treehouse to find that his bananas have been stolen and that Diddy was missing. Donkey Kong then set out on a journey to find his banana hoard.

Gameplay

The game is a platform game. Use the D-pad to move the characters, the B button to jump, the Y button to do a rolling attack as well as to run. There are 2 characters to use in this game: Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong. Donkey Kong is the strong character who can defeat the tougher enemies but moves slowly. When he carries barrels, he carries them over his head. Diddy Kong is not as strong but he moves a lot faster than Donkey Kong. When he carries barrels, he holds them in front of him.

When one of the characters is damaged, he will be out of action. If the remaining character can find a DK barrel, he can use it to recover the missing character. There are also various animal buddies who will appear throughout the levels and give the characters some extra abilities.

Hidden throughout these levels are bonus levels that give the characters extra lives, tokens, or bananas. These levels must be accessed through special conditions like using barrels at certain walls, or by finding them in an obscure spot.

Series

Donkey Kong Country is the first installment of the Donkey Kong Country series that appeared on Super Nintendo. The game got 2 sequels on that system. Donkey Kong Country 2 was released on 1995 while Donkey Kong Country 3 was released on 1996. The sequels added extra items that affect the character rankings as well as access to hidden worlds. There was also a 3D installment on Nintendo 64 that was released on 1999.

Jungle Hijinx

  1. When you jump out of the house, head for the right. Then jump on the Gnawty before grabbing the DK barrel. Throw the barrel to free your partner.
  2. Note: If you jump up to the trees, you can jump across them to find a 1up balloon.
  3. Go right until you see the platform with the Kritter. Grab the K token above it and keep going right. Do a rolling attack past the Kritters and the Klumps, break the star barrel, and grab the O token.
  4. Grab the DK barrel and head for the right. Watch out for the nuts that the Necky throws at you.
  5. Hit the Necky with the barrel and grab the gold Espresso. Then head right, jump on the rhino crate, and jump onto Rambi.
  6. Go right and grab the N token. After the N token, run to the wall at the right and you should find a bonus room.
  7. Bonus Room: The bonus room here is a hallway with bananas and a 1up balloon.
  8. Grab the G over the palm trees. Then drop down to the area below you. If you go into the right wall, you will find another bonus room.
  9. Bonus Room: This bonus room is a match 3 mini-game. Jump up to one barrel to stop at the image of one of the animals. Then time your jumps to the other 2 barrels so that they match the 1st barrel. The images go in the following order: Enguarde, Winky, Espresso, Rambi. If you get all 3 images to match, you will receive the token of that animal.
  10. Go right and run through the Klump. Then jump over the pit, grab the banana bunch, and go into the exit.

Ropey Rampage

  1. At the start, head for the right. Watch out for the Army as you jump up the platforms with the Kritter on top. Jump to the right to grab the K token.
  2. Go right past the TNT barrel and climb up the rope. At the top, jump onto the trees and avoid the Army. Then jump to the platform to the right and roll through the critters. Climb up to the DK barrel if you need it.
  3. Jump onto the swinging rope. Jump off from the left to grab the Rambi token. Then jump back onto the rope and jump to the right. Watch out for the Army and jump onto the next rope.
  4. From that rope, jump to the trees at the right. Grab the O token and drop down at the right. You should land into a barrel cannon that will take you to a bonus room.
  5. Bonus Room: This room has a series of ropes with bananas lined up across them. Jump across the ropes as you grab the bananas. Then grab the N token at the end and exit to the right.
  6. You will be launched out of the bonus room and land on fragile ground. This will result in a tire popping out. Push the tire to the right up until you find the palm tree. Watch out for the army.
  7. Jump up to the palm tree from the tire. Then jump onto the fragile ground and grab the Winky token.
  8. Go right and jump onto the rope. Jump off, bounce off the Kritter, and jump onto the next rope. The next few ropes will be followed by Zingers. Jump off at the right time so that you do not jump into them.
  9. When you reach a platform, jump into the pit that is left of the arrow sign. You will be launched from a barrel cannon that will take you to a bonus room.
  10. Bonus Room: This room has 4 barrels in the air. A 1up balloon will be randomly displayed on 1 of the 4 barrels and it will switch positions for a limited time. Watch for the barrel that the balloon stops at. Then jump to that barrel. If you chose the right barrel, you will get the 1up.
  11. Go right and jump across the Kritter and the Army. Then jump on top of the exit cave and grab the G token over the palm tree. Then enter the exit.

Reptile Rumble

  1. Grab the barrel and jump over the Slippa. Then go right and throw it down the slope. Immediately run behind it and the barrel will open up a hidden passageway. Grab the K token and enter that passage for a bonus room.
  2. Bonus Room: Go right, grab the bananas and the balloon, and go through the exit at the right.
  3. You will be launced to the right before landing on a high platform. Go to the tire on the right and use it to jump onto the high platform with the DK barrel. Then jump to the left into the barrel cannon.
  4. Bonus Room: Jump into the barrel cannon that is closest to you. You will be launched through a series of barrel cannons before landing in front of the exit at the right.
  5. Back at the level, go right as you watch out for the jumping Kritters. When you reach the tire, jump from it to reach the high platform at the right.
  6. Keep going right as you watch for the Zingers. Grab the O token above the tire. Then go through the tunnel and use the tire to reach another high platform.
  7. Break the star barrel and keep going right. You will land in a pit full of tires. Do a high jump to the right to reach the N token. Watch out for the Zinger below that token.
  8. Land on the high platform and use the tire to jump up to the platform with the 2 barrels. Grab the barrel at the right and throw it to the right. Quickly run behind it and it will open a hidden passageway. Go into that passage.
  9. Bonus Room: This room has a moving platform with a tire on it. Use that platform to grab the large group of banana in the area. Then go into the exit at the right.
  10. Go right and use the tire to bounce over the Zinger. Go through the tunnel and watch for the jumping Kritters. Bounce off one of the Kritters to reach the Enguarde token.
  11. Keep going right through the tunnel and jump past the Slippas and the Kritters. Grab the G token that lies above the slope with the tires and then go through the exit.

Coral Caper

  1. Swim to the right. Watch out for the Bitesizes along the way. When you reach a wall, swim upwards. Grab the K token at the top and then go right.
  2. You will find a circular room with a Croctopus. Swim in a clockwise direction to avoid it. If you go to the bottom with the lone banana, you can swim down from there to find a hidden room with bananas. In any case, keep going right.
  3. When you see the down arrow, go down to find a swordfish crate. Break open the crate and get on Enguarde. Swim up and charge through the Bitesize in the way.
  4. When you reach the room with the Croctopus, swim in a clockwise direction and then go left when you are at the top-left portion of the room.
  5. Break open the star barrel. If you swim up where the Chomps Jr. is, you will find the O token and some bananas.
  6. Swim down through the down arrow to find a Croctopus room. Swim in a counter-clockwise direction. Then go left when you reach the bottom-left part of the room.
  7. When you reach the wall, go up. When you find a Chomps, go through the wall at the right. There is a hidden room with bananas and an Espresso token.
  8. Keep going up until you reach the top. Grab the N token and then go to the right. Charge through the Bitesizes you see and avoid the pearls from the Clambo.
  9. Avoid the Croctopus along the way and grab the G token. Then go through the exit at the right.

Barrel Cannon Canyon

  1. Jump to the top of the entrance cave and then go inside the barrel cannon. You will be launched to the right while grabbing a K token along the way. When you land, jump into the next barrel cannon.
  2. When you land, go right. You will see 3 jumping Kritters. When one of them does a high jump, bounce off of it to reach the trees above it. Then jump to the tree at the right for a Rambi token. Now jump into the barrel cannon. It will launch you through an O token.
  3. When you land, go left. Do a left jump over the barrel cannon. You should land in a barrel cannon that will shoot you downwards into another cannon. Wait for the cannon at the left to move upwards. Then launch yourself into a hidden room.
  4. Bonus Room: Jump into the barrel cannon. Time your shot so that you will be launched into the next cannon. The barrels go faster as you progress. When you get through the barrels, go through the right exit.
  5. Go right and jump on the jumping Kritters. When you see the TNT barrel, grab it and jump to the platform that is to its left. Go down at the left and throw the barrel to the wall at the right.
  6. Bonus Room: You will be placed into a barrel cannon. There are 3 columns of bananas and you can only launch through 1 of them. The left one has an Enguarde token, the middle one has a 1up balloon, and the right one has a banana bunch.
  7. Go right and jump on the Kritters. When you see 2 jump Kritters surrounding a barrel cannon, jump into that cannon. When the barrel cannon at the top is above you, launch yourself into that cannon. You will then be shot to the right before getting shot downward to find a hidden N token.
  8. Go right and jump over the Kritters. Then jump into the barrel cannon and you will get launched up-right into another barrel cannon. Time your shot so that you will be launched into the cannon at the right. Keep doing that with the following cannons and watch out for the Zingers.
  9. Once you land in front of an arrow sign, go right. Use the jumping Kritters to reach the tree at the top. Then do a rolling jump to the right to reach a tree with the G token. Drop down, jump on the jumping Kritter, and go into the exit cave.

Very Gnawty's Lair

  1. Very Gnawty is a very simple boss. Jump on him 5 times and he will fall. With every hit you give him, his jumps will go a little faster.

Winky's Walkway

  1. Jump on the Kritter as you go right. Then jump on the Necky to grab the K token. Keep going right as you jump on the Kritters and Neckys along the way.
  2. When you reach the frog crate, jump on one of the Neckys to reach it. Break it open and jump onto Winky. Then continue going right.
  3. Jump on any enemies along the way and grab the O token in the air. Jump across the platforms and watch for the Gnawties that are spawning from the drum. At the next platform, use Winky to jump into the barrel above the Necky.
  4. Bonus Room: Grab the N token and the bananas in the room. Then go right.
  5. When you return to the level, head for the right. Jump across the platforms and use the Necky to get over the wide gap.
  6. When you see the Zinger revolving around an Enguarde token, use Winky to jump on the Zinger and reach the token. Keep going right and jump across the Necky and the Gnawties. Then go through the exit.

Mine Cart Carnage

  1. When you enter the stage, jump into the barrel cannon. It will launch you to the right and you will enter a mine cart that will immediately start moving.
    • Note: If you jump over the barrel and into the left side of the pit, you will be launched from a hidden barrel that will take you to the end of the level.
  2. Once the mine cart moves, grab the bananas along the way. When you see the K token over the pit, jump up to grab it. Keep jumping over pits and following the banana paths to avoid falling.
  3. When you reach a downward slope that follows a series of track jumps, jump over the hole in the tracks. If you land before an O token, immediately jump to grab it. The banana bunch that follows will be tricky to get. Jump up just as you are at the edge of the tracks.
  4. When you go downwards again, jump to grab the Enguarde token. Then jump through the banana path and break the star barrel.
  5. You will find some fallen mine carts along the way. Jump over those because if you hit them then you will lose the current character.
  6. Continue jumping over the mine carts and the pits. After going down another slope, jump a little early before the next fallen cart. If you timed the jump correctly, you should grab an N token.
  7. Keep jumping over the fallen mine carts along the way. You will eventually find a Kritter in a mine cart who is charging towards you. Jump over him to avoid it.
  8. After that Kritter, jump a little early before the next pit. If you timed your jump correctly, you should land on the bottom tracks and grab the 1up balloon. Afterwards, jump over the next Kritter.
  9. After jumping over that pit and going up the slope, more Kritters will appear at the U-slopes. Jump over those Kritters as they appear.
  10. The G token will be lying at the edge of the track. Jump at the moment you grab it and you should be able to get over the fallen cart at the right.
  11. The jumps you will have to make are going to get tricky as the tracks are getting shorter. Time your jumps correctly to get over the pits safely. Watch out for the Kritters as you reach the exit.

Bouncy Bonanza

  1. Jump on the Kritter and go right. Then grab the barrel and throw it at the Zinger. Then push the tire to the right and watch out for the jumping Kritters. Use the tire to reach the K token.
  2. Go right and watch out for the Zingers. Switch to Diddy Kong if you have him and then grab the barrel at the right. Keep going right until you see 2 Zingers.
  3. Drop into the small ditch below the Zingers. Do not use the barrel to defeat them. Use the barrel on the wall at the right for a bonus room.
  4. Bonus Room: There are images flashing across 3 barrels. Jump into the barrels to stop it at a certain image. If the images on the 3 barrels match, then you will receive the item that is represented by that image.
  5. Go right and watch for the Zinger. Grab the O token and push the tire to the right. When you see the star barrel, use the tire to jump into it. Keep going right.
  6. Place the tire on the moving platform. Then jump on the tire and land on the high platform above you. Go right and avoid the Zinger while grabbing the N token.
  7. Go past the jumping Kritters and then drop down when you see a pit. Land on a small platform that leads to a doorway and then go right.
  8. Bonus Rooom: Open the frog crate and get onto Winky. Then go right.
  9. Go right from the tire and jump across the pits and enemies. Grab the G token along the way.
  10. When you see a tire with a Zinger flying around it, use Winky to defeat the Zinger and then push the tire to the right. Place the tire on the moving platform. Then use the tire to reach the barrel cannon at the top.
  11. Bonus Room: Time your shot so that you are launched upwards. Then grab the bananas at the top of the room. Once you have them all, go down the pit.
  12. When you return to the level, go right and through the exit.

Stop & Go Station

  1. Note: If you go through the entrance, you will be taken through a shortcut that will immediately take you to the end of the level.
  2. In this level, there will be a special barrel that will say either Stop or Go. If the barrel says Go, Rockkrocs will be rampaging throughout the level. Touch those barrels to make them say Stop. The Rockkrocs will be immobile and harmless.
  3. Go right and jump on the Klaptrap. Jump through the Go barrel and go past the Rockkrocs. Then touch the next Go barrel and jump up the platforms.
  4. Go past the Klaptrap and then grab the K token. Then jump from the barrel and go through the Go barrel. Then jump over the pit, get past the Klaptrap and hit the next Go barrel.
  5. Jump across the platforms and then touch the next Go barrel. Watch out for the Klaptrap as you keep on going right. Jump to the next platform before the barrels change to Go. Get past the Rockkrocs and then jump through the next Go barrel.
  6. Jump onto the moving platform and ride it up. Jump off to the right when you are at the top. Then hit the next Go barrel as you jump to the right.
  7. Jump up the next set of platforms. Then do a rolling attack into the next pit and jump back to safety when you grab the O token.
  8. Break the star barrel and keep going right. Then drop down and grab the barrel. Throw it to the right and follow after it. Go through the Go barrel and watch for the Rockkrocs if they are active. When the barrel hits the wall, go into the secret passage it reveals.
  9. Bonus Room: Jump into the barrel cannons and launch yourself through the bananas. Then take the exit at the southeast part of the room.
  10. Go right and jump on the Klaptrap. When you see the tire, push it to the left. Once the tire hits the small step, do a high jump off of it to reach a hidden barrel cannon.
  11. Bonus Room: There are 3 columns of bananas to launch through. The left and middle ones have banana bunches, and the right one has a Winky token.
  12. Now push the tire to the right. Use it to reach the Go barrel and keep going right. Jump across the small platforms before the barrels become Go again.
  13. Go right and grab the N token above the Klaptrap. Then go right to the moving platform. Jump through the Go barrel as the platform moves left. You should land on the platforms while the Rockkrocs are harmless.
  14. Jump across the platforms and then go right. Hit the next Go barrel just as the Rockkrocs wake up again. Then go right, do a high jump from a tire, and then go through the next Go barrel.
  15. Push the tire to the right and place it under the high Go barrel. Use the tire to jump through it and keep going right. Grab the G token and then go into the exit.

Millstone Mayhem

  1. Jump off the tire and then land on top of the entrance. Jump up to find a hidden barrel cannon.
  2. Bonus Room: There are 3 banana columns to launch through. The left has a DK barrel, the middle has a banana bunch, and the right has a K token.
  3. Go right and watch out for the Gnawty in the wheel. Drop down the pit and launch yourself from the barrel. Land on the hole to reveal a tire.
  4. Push the tire to the right and watch out for the Kritters and the Gnawty. Grab the O token along the way. When you see the barrel above another Gnawty, use the tire to bounce up to the barrel while avoiding the Gnawty.
  5. Bonus Room: Touch the blinking letters. If you touch the Kremlin head, the letters will rotate faster. You will get an Enguarde token for getting all 4 letters.
  6. Grab the TNT barrel and jump over the Krushas. Go into the ditch below the Gnawty and use the barrel on the right wall. Enter the door that opens up.
  7. Bonus Room: Watch for the barrel in which the 2up balloon stops. Touch that barrel and grab the balloon.
  8. Go right as you break the star barrel. After the Gnawty, do a leap from the high platform to the hole at the low platform. Push the tire to the right and place it at the edge.
  9. Jump from the tire to the high platforms at the top. Watch out for the Gnawty, open the frog crate, and go right. Drop down and grab the N token. As you head right, watch out for the Gnawties and the Necky.
  10. Go right and avoid the enemies along the way. Grab the G token as you watch for the coconuts that Necky throws.
  11. Go right to the next Gnawty and do a roll attack through the Slippas. Then go right to the next Gnawty. If you have Winky, jump over the Gnawty at its low point. Otherwise, jump through at the its high point.
  12. Keep going right and use the tire to jump over the next Gnawty. Then jump over the Zinger and get into the exit.

Necky's Nuts

  1. Necky will throw large coconuts at you.
  2. Jump over the nuts and use the tire to jump on his head.

Vine Valley

Vulture Culture

  1. Pick up the barrel and jump onto the barrel. Then throw it to the right to defeat the Mini-Necky. Then jump into the barrel cannon at the right and launch yourself to the right.
  2. When you land on the platform, jump into the next barrel cannon. Launch yourself when the Necky is at to the very right of you.
  3. Watch out for the coconuts that the Necky throws at you. Jump on it and use the tire to do a high jump to the left. Land on the piece of hay to reveal a K token.
  4. Go back to the tire and push it to the right. Position it below the column of bananas. Then jump from the tire, through the column, and into the hidden barrel cannon.
  5. Bonus Room: Jump into the blinking letters. If you touch the Kremlin heads, the rotation will reverse. You will get some extra lives for getting all the letters.
  6. Pick up the barrel and throw it to the right. It will roll through a Mini-Necky. Watch out for the coconuts.
  7. Jump into the barrel cannon at the right. Then launch yourself at the Necky. Bounce to the right and land on the platform.
  8. Go past the Mini-Necky and go right. Jump into the barrel cannon, launch yourself when the Neckies are about level with you, and bounce across the 3 Neckies. Afterwards, land on the hay to reveal a barrel. Pick up the barrel and throw it at the wall to the left.
  9. Bonus Room: Jump on the Klaptraps and they will spit bananas at you. As you keep jumping on them, they will move faster. After enough hits, you will get a 1up.
  10. When you land in the barrel, launch yourself to the right. Bounce across the Neckies and then land on the platform. Jump into the barrel at the right and launch into the star barrel. Then launch to the right.
  11. As you head right, watch out for the coconuts that the Neckies throw at you. Then jump into the barrel and launch to the right. Do it again at the next barrel.
  12. Go right and jump across the platforms. Grab the O token and then jump into the next barrel cannon. Launch to the right and jump across the Neckies.
  13. Pick up the barrel and throw it to the right. It should roll through the 2 Mini-Neckies. Then jump into the barrel cannon. Launch yourself to the right when the Necky is about to be at the right side of the Zinger.
  14. Land on the platform and go right. Jump into the next barrel cannon and launch to the right. Watch out for the Zinger along the way.
  15. Land on the platform and go right. Jump up the high platform as you watch for the Necky's coconuts. Jump on the Necky and then land on the hay at the left. Then pick up the barrel and hit the upper wall below where the Necky was. Enter the door that appears.
  16. Bonus Room: When you jump into the barrels, they will move up and down. Launch yourself when the barrel is about to be level with the barrel to the right.
  17. Go right and then jump into the barrels. When you launch to the right, time it so that you do not hit the Zingers. Grab the G token along the way. Then go right when you land to reach the exit.

Tree Top Town

  1. When you go right, a Gnawty will appear. Have it follow you to the left until you reach the edge of the platform. When the Gnawty gets close enough, jump onto it and then bounce up to the barrel cannon.
  2. Bonus Room: The letters K O N and G will flash across the barrels. Jump into the barrels when the corresponding letters flash through them. If the barrels spell KONG, then you will get a 1up.
  3. When you land in the barrel, launch yourself to the right. Then jump on the Gnawty and go right. Jump into the next barrel cannons. Launch yourself to the right when you are about to be level with the next cannon.
  4. When you land on the ground, go right. Watch out for the Gnawties that appear and then jump into the following barrel cannons. Launch yourself when you are aligned with the following cannon.
  5. Go right and grab the K. Then jump on the 3 Gnawties that appear. Jump into the following barrel cannon and launch yourself when you are diagonally aligned with the next cannons. At the last cannon, launch yourself at the star barrel.
  6. Continue going right and watch out for the jumping Kritters. Stop when you see 3 barrel cannons. Time your landing in the left cannon when the moving one at the right is near its middle position. You could also try doing a long leap into the moving barrel.
  7. When you land, jump on the Gnawty and jump into the next barrel. Time your launch so that the next barrel will fire you into the barrel that is moving vertically. When you reach that barrel, launch yourself when it is at its bottom position. You will find a hidden launch cannon.
  8. Bonus Room: Launch yourself out of the cannon to grab the bananas. If you launch yourself upwards when the cannon is at the middle of the room, you will be able to grab the N token.
  9. Go right and jump into the barrel cannon. Time your launch so that the moving barrel will launch you into the barrel cannon at the top. At the next launch, time it so that the next cannon will launch you into the moving cannon. If you fail, you will launched back to one of the previous cannons.
  10. Go right and watch out for the Kritters. When you reach the barrel cannons, time your jump so that the cannons will launch you into the moving cannon at the right. When you are in the moving cannon, launch yourself when the cannon is at the top position.
  11. Now go to the right. Jump into the moving cannon and time your launch when it is about to be aligned with the next cannon. Then launch onto the Necky and grab the G token.
  12. Jump from the tire and go right. If you want the Enguarde token, roll into it and then jump to the right at the moment you grab it. Then go through the exit.

Forest Frenzy

  1. Go right past the jumping Kritter and jump onto the rope. When the rope is at its right position, jump to the right. Go past the following jumping Kritters and jump onto the next rope. Then jump to the right.
  2. To grab the K token under the previous rope, do a roll attack into the pit and do a jump at the moment you grab that token. Keep going right and jump onto the next rope. Avoid the Zinger and then jump to the right when the rope is at its right position.
  3. Grab the next rope. When that rope is at its right position, jump to the right. Then bounce off the 2 Kritters and land on the piece of hay. You will find a DK barrel.
  4. Go right and jump onto the next rope. Watch out for the Zinger as the rope moves. Carefully grab the O token and then go to the right. Jump on the Kritters and then jump onto the next rope. Watch out for the Zingers as you go right.
  5. When the rope reaches the partner, jump off from a high point to break the star barrel. Then jump onto the next rope. Follow the bananas to avoid the Zinger. Then jump off the Kritter and jump onto the next rope. Watch out for the Zingers as you go.
  6. When the rope reaches the platforms, jump to the right. Jump across the 2 Kritters and the Necky. Then jump on the next rope. Follow the bananas and grab the N token along the way.
  7. Jump onto the next rope and avoid the Zingers. Grab the G token that appears. There will also be a balloon surrounded by a fast moving Zinger, which is tricky to collect.
  8. When you see 2 groups of bananas surrounding a Necky, position yourself at the bottom of the rope. You will then see a flock of vultures watch for the top of a barrel cannon at the bottom of the screen. Jump down over that barrel to find a bonus room.
  9. Bonus Room: Watch the barrels as the Rambi token flashes through them. See which barrel the token stops in and jump into that barrel.
  10. When you return to the level, you will reveal a barrel. Carry that barrel to the right but do not hit any Kritters with it. To get the barrel across the Kritters put the barrel down, jump on the Kritters, and then take the barrel to the right. When you reach the bottom step that is near the exit, throw the barrel at the left wall to find a hidden doorway.
  11. Bonus Room: Jump onto the rope. Then collect the bananas as it moves. When you have all the bananas, go to the bottom right corner of the room, grab the Enguarde token, and go through the exit.
  12. When you return to the level, go right and through the exit door.

Temple Tempest

  1. When you go right, you will see 3 Gnawties moving towards you. Have them follow you to the left. Then jump on them to reach the hidden Rambi token over the entrance. Then go right and jump onto the rope. Grab the K token at the bottom, and then jump to the right.
  2. Grab the DK barrel and carry it to the right. Do not use it on any enemies along the way. When you get past the Gnawty in the wheel, it will start chasing after you. Keep going right until you reach a wall. Use the barrel on the wall to reveal a doorway.
  3. Bonus Room: Jump across the Neckies. When you reach the right, grab the 1up balloon, break the ostrich crate and jump onto Espresso. Then go right.
  4. Back at the level, head right. Use Espresso's flaps to get over the wide pit.. Then get past the Gnawty in the wheel and jump over the following Gnawties. Fly over following pit.
  5. When you land, keep going right and go past the next Gnawty in the wheel. Right before the slope, do a high jump and hover to the right. You should be able to get over the pit while grabbing the O token.
  6. When you reach the ground, do another jump before the slope. If you use the hovering, you should be able to reach the high platform where the star barrel is. Otherwise, just climb up the rope.
  7. Continue going right and jump across the Kritters. Jump over the Gnawty and it will start chasing you. Jump across the pit and go over the Zingers. When you see the rope with the down arrow, jump down that rope to find a hidden barrel cannon.
  8. Bonus Room: Jump on the Klaptrap and it will spit out bananas. Its speed will increase as it takes damage. When it is defeated, you will receive a Rambi token.
  9. Back at the level, bounce off the tire and head right. When you see the 2 Kritters, jump off of them and then land on the hole in the ground. You will find an N token.
  10. Keep going right and get past the Kritters. Jump across the pit and use the tires to get over the Gnawty. When the Gnawty chases you, keep heading right. Use the tires to get across the pits and the large walls.
  11. Jump over the next Gnawty and jump across the Kritters. Then grab the rope at the right. When the rope as at its right position, jump off from the bottom. You will grab the G token and you will be launched upwards from a barrel cannon. Then go right through the exit.

Orang-utan Gang

  1. Go left and pick up the steel barrel. Then go a fair distance to the right. Throw the barrel to the left and it should roll back towards you. Jump onto the barrel and you will move with the barrel to the right.
  2. When you see the K token, jump off the barrel and grab the K token. Land on the trees at the right and head up the wine. Jump on the Kritters along the way.
  3. Get onto the ground at the right. Do a rolling jump to the O token and then jump up the platforms. Break the ostrich crate at the top and then get onto Espresso.
  4. Go right and break the star barrel. Then jump onto the high platform at the right and head right. Watch out for the barrels that Manky Kongs throws at you.
  5. When you reach the platforms with the Klaptraps, go through the bottom row where the N token is. Jump to the right from the N token and use Espresso to hover over the pit. You may land on a platform with a banana bunch. Jump from there and hover to the next platform.
  6. When you land, get off Espresso and pick up the barrel. Throw it to the right to reveal a hidden doorway. Get back onto Espresso and go into the door.
  7. Bonus Room: Jump onto the tire and bounce onto the patches on the ground. It will reveal 2 banana bunches and a DK barrel. Go through the exit at the right.
  8. Go back to the left and use Espresso to get across the wide pits. Watch out for the enemies along the way. When you get past the Kritters and the Zinger, jump onto the platform with the Klaptraps. Jump left at the DK barrel and hover over the pit. Then enter the doorway.
  9. Bonus Room: Jump through the blinking letters. When you get all the letters, you will receive a Winky token.
  10. Jump from the tire and jump onto the ground patches for an Enguarde token and a DK barrel. Grab the barrel and watch out for Manky Kong's barrels. Drop down the pit and go right. Then drop down the next pit and hit the left wall with the barrel.
  11. Bonus Room: Jump off the tire and land on the ground patches for a couple of banana bunches. Then go through the right exit.
  12. Pick up the barrel and then drop down the pit. Go right and jump over the pit. Hit the wall at the right to reveal another doorway.
  13. Bonus Room: Jump from the tire and land on the ground patch. Grab the G token and leave the room.
  14. Now jump to the trees at the right. Avoid the barrels and then jump over the Manky Kong. Have the Manky Kong throw the barrel to the right. Follow the barrel and it will break open a hidden doorway.
  15. Bonus Room: Break open the ostrich crate and get onto Espresso. Then jump to the right and hover over the pit. Grab the 1up balloon at the end and go through the exit.
  16. When you are back at the level, go through the exit cave.

Clam City

  1. Follow the path ahead of you and watch out for the Clambo's pearls. When you move up, press yourself against the left wall. You will find a hidden room with a K token.
  2. Go right and follow the path ahead of you. Watch out for the Bitesizes and the Clambo's pearls. Grab the O token along the way.
  3. When you reach the wall, swim upwards and watch out for the pearls and the Chomp Jr. From the Chomp Jr. go to the left. Watch out for the Chomp Jrs. Break the star barrel.
  4. Keep going left, follow the path ahead of you, and watch out for the pearls. When you are swimming up past the Chomps, grab the N token at the very top. Then go to the right.
  5. When you see the Clambo, grab the Winky token next to it. Continue going right and watch out for the Croctopuses. Then grab the G token while watching for the pearls. Then go through the exit.

Bumble B. Rumble

  1. Queen B. will fly around the stage as a barrel appears. Avoid Queen B.'s movements, grab the barrel, and throw it at her when you get the chance.
  2. When Queen B. is hit, she will turn red and follow you in a zig-zag motion. She will also be invulnerable to the barrels. Avoid her by keeping your distance or by running underneath her as she moves up.
  3. Everytime Queen B. is hit, she will also increase the speed of her movement. Keep throwing the barrels when an opening presents itself.

Snow Barrel Blast

  1. Jump onto the igloo and wait for the Necky to get near you. Jump on the Necky and then bounce towards the hidden barrel over the igloo.
  2. Bonus Room: Watch the barrels and see which one the Winky token stops in. Jump to that barrel.
  3. Head for the right and jump into the barrel. Launch yourself up-right. When you see the Neckies, immediately bounce over them and grab the 1up balloon. Then jump on the Klaptrap.
  4. Go right and watch out for the Zinger and the Neckies. Get into the barrel and launch yourself up-right when the Zinger is out of the way.
  5. Go right and jump over the Neckies and the Klaptraps. Then jump through the K token and into the barrel cannon. Launch yourself up-right, down-right, and up right.
  6. Go right, jump on the Klaptraps, and avoid the Zinger. Go into the barrel and launch yourself up-right, down-right, up-right, and down right. Watch out for the Zingers.
  7. Jump on the Klaptrap and go right. Grab the steel barrel and go a little bit to the right. When you drop down, throw the barrel to the left and then jump on the barrel when it bounces to the right.
  8. After rolling through the Gnawties, jump into the barrel cannon. Then go right and jump into the next barrel. Launch yourself up-right.
  9. When you break the star barrel, go to the left. Jump over the Krusha and into the pit. You will jump into a barrel cannon.
  10. Bonus Room: Launch yourself upwards from the middle of the room to reach the O token.
  11. Back at the level, go right, jump into the barrel, and launch yourself to the right. Then head right, jump across the platforms, and watch out for the Neckies.
  12. Jump into the next barrel and you will be launched into a barrel with a Zinger below it. Launch yourself downwards and then go right. Jump into the barrel to find an N token and a bonus room.
  13. Bonus Room: The barrels will rotate when you jump into them. Launch yourself when the barrels face the right direction. The barrels will move faster as you progress through the stage.
  14. Back at the level, go right. There is a Rambi token between 2 Zingers and a barrel. The barrel will move really fast. So you need careful timing to successfully launch upwards.
  15. Keep going right and jump into the next barrel. Launch yourself right, and down-right. If you launch yourself downwards, you will find a hidden barrel that will take you to the end of the level. Otherwise, go up-right.
  16. In the following barrels, time your launches so that you fly to the right without hitting the Zingers. After the automatic barrels, you will get launched into barrels that move up and down. You will need careful timing to get past this section.
  17. After getting past the barrels, you will receive the G token. In the next set of barrels, launch yourself up-right, down-right, right, down-right, up-right, and up-right. Watch out for the Zingers.
  18. When you land on the ice platforms, go right and go across the platforms. Avoid the Zinger and jump on the Klaptrap. Then go into the exit igloo.

Slipslide Ride

  1. Go right until you see the jumping Kritters. Have the Kritters follow you to the left until you see the rope above you. Jump from the Kritter and grab the rope. When you reach the top, jump to the left, grab the barrel, and throw it to the left. Enter the doorway you create.
  2. Bonus Room: Jump into the barrels when the correct letters are present on them. K must be on the 1st barrel, O must be on the 2nd, N on the 3rd, and G on the 4th. You will get a 1up balloon.
  3. Jump down and drop to the ground. Then head for the right and jump onto the rope. When you reach the top, jump to the right. Pick up the DK barrel and hit the Army with it.
  4. Jump onto the next rope. Then jump through the K token and head right. Jump onto the next rope and jump to the right when you see the barrel. Pick up the barrel, jump past the Zingers and drop down. Throw the barrel to the wall at the left and enter the door.
  5. Bonus Room: Jump through the letter that is blinking. You will get a 1up balloon when you hit all the letters in the correct order.
  6. Go right and jump past the Army. Then grab the rope to slide upwards. When you see the 2 ropes at the right, grab one of those. As you slide upwards, switch ropes when you see the Zingers.
  7. When you reach the top, go right if you need a DK barrel. Then go to the left. Jump on the Necky to reach the banana bunch at the top before dropping downwards.
  8. Go left and jump over the Army. Jump to the rope at the left and then jump to the platform to the left before you hit the Zinger. Keep going left and jump onto the next rope.
  9. At the first rope, you will slide downwards. Before you reach the Zinger, jump to the left rope and you will slide upwards. Then jump to the left rope where you will slide down and then jump to the star barrel.
  10. Go left and jump over the Klaptrap. Then jump onto the rope to slide upwards. When you reach the top, go right, jump on the Klaptrap and get inside the barrel cannon.
  11. Land on the high platform and go right. When you see the jumping Kritters, have them follow you to the left. Jump on one of the Kritters as they jump and then grab the high rope. Slide to the top and grab the O token at the left.
  12. Drop down and land on the patch on the ground. Grab the Enguarde token and head right. Jump to the rope. Then keep jumping to the right until you reach the 4th rope. When you slide above the Zinger at the left, jump to the left. You will slide to a barrel cannon.
  13. Bonus Room: Slide across the ropes to grab the bananas. Then grab the Espresso token at the right and go through the exit.
  14. Go to the right. If you jump up the right rope, you could grab the N token at the top. Do watch out for the Zingers if you do go up that rope. Grab the barrel and throw it towards the Zingers at the left. Then head left.
  15. If you go up the left rope, jump to the left when you reach the top, and then go left. Jump on the Klaptrap and go up the rope. Watch out for the Zingers as you slide upwards.
  16. When you reach the top, jump across the ropes at the left as you avoid the Zingers. When you get past the platforms and reach 2 ropes that make you slide down, jump between the ropes repeatedly to move up those ropes.
  17. When you reach the top, jump to the 3rd rope at the right and then jump onto the right platform. Grab the next rope, jump up the rope, and grab the G token. Then go to the exit at the right.

Ice Age Alley

  1. Go left and jump on the Mini-Necky. When you reach the ostrich crate, grab the K token, break the crate open and jump onto Espresso. Then head for the right. Watch out for the enemies along the way.
  2. Hover over the pit and land on the platform. Get off Espresso and then jump onto the Neckies at the right. Then land in the barrel cannon.
  3. Bonus Room: Jump into the barrel and launch yourself through the bananas as well as the Espresso token in the center. Then land at the bottom right area, break the ostrich crate, and land on Espresso. Then leave the room.
  4. Jump to the right and hover over the pit. When you land on the ground, head right and avoid your enemies. When you are at the top of a hill, jump to the right and hover. You should be able to get over the pit and land on the slope.
  5. Get off Espresso and head right. Do a rolling attack into the O token and then jump back on the ground. Get back on Espresso and head right.
  6. Get past the Mini-Necky and then jump to the right as you hover over the pit. Break the star barrel and get into the barrel cannon.
  7. When you land on the platform, head right. Jump over the Klaptrap, get across the platforms, and avoid Manky Kong's barrels.
  8. Jump from the top of the hill and hover to the right. You could also use the tire to give Espresso some height boost if you need to. When you see the steel barrel, jump from the high platform and hover to the right. You should land on another high platform with a barrel cannon. Get into that cannon.
  9. Bonus Room: Different colored balloons will flash on the barrels. Jump onto one barrel. Then time your jump into the other 2 so that the color matches the one that the 1st barrel had. You will receive the balloon of the matching color.
  10. Back at the level, head right and watch out for Manky Kong. Hover over the pit and land on the platform past the Necky. Grab the G token as you jump across the platforms.
  11. As you go up the hill, watch out for Manky Kong. Then head right, get over the Klaptrap, and get inside the exit igloo.

Croctopus Chase

  1. Go right and watch out for the Squidge. Follow the path ahead of you and get past the Croctopus. Swim fast when you pass it so that the Croctopus does not catch up to you when it chases you.
  2. Keep going right and watch out for the Squidges. When you pass the Croctopus, quickly swim up, right, and down. Then swim right past the next Croctopus and then swim up. Grab the K token and follow the path ahead.
  3. When you see the leftward passage, swim through that. Avoid the Chomps Jr. in the area. When you pass the Croctopus, just swim through the path before you and avoid the Squidge.
  4. When you see the barrel cannon, swim into to get launched downward. At the bottom, swim through a hidden pass to the right. Then follow the path for a DK barrel and the O token.
  5. From the bottom barrel cannons, head for the left. When the Croctopus chases you, quickly swim upwards. Then head right when you reach the top. Break the star barrel when you see it.
  6. Go past the Croctopus and then swim up the opening with the DK barrel to avoid contact. Keep going right and then swim upwards. Immediately go right when you find the rightward passage.
  7. Go down while avoiding the Chomps. When you reach the bottom, head to the right. Swim a little bit upwards at the crossroads and the Croctopus will pass you. Follow the Croctopus to find a Winky token.
  8. Swim up at the crossroads and then head right. Get into the barrel cannons to get launched upwards. When you reach the top, swim to the left. Watch out for the Chomps.
  9. When you pass the Croctopus, quickly swim downwards. When you reach the bottom, move to the right to find an Enguarde crate. Go back to the left and watch out for the Chomps.
  10. When you pass the Croctopus, quickly swim upwards. Then go right when you reach the top before going up the upward path. Grab the N token along the way.
  11. When you reach the top, head left. Then swim up, followed by left when you reach the top. Grab the 1up balloon, break the swordfish crate, and then get onto Enguarde. Then swim up and right.
  12. When you pass the Croctopus, swim down and then right when you reach the bottom. At the wall, swim upwards before going right. Go past the Squidges and grab the G token before going into the exit.

Torchlight Trouble

  1. Break open the parrot crate and Squawks will light the way for you. Go right and jump over the Klump and the oil drum. Then do a rolling attack into the K token and jump back onto the ground. Keep going right.
  2. When you reach the moving platform, grab the O token and then jump to the right. Keep jumping over the Klumps and the oil drums and move across the moving platforms.
  3. Break the star barrel when you see it. Then go right through the tunnel. Then grab the barrel and throw it at the wall it was standing on.
  4. Bonus Room: Jump into a barrel to stop it at an image. Then time your jump so that the other 2 barrels get a matching image. The prize you win will be what is shown on the barrels.
  5. Head for the right and jump over the Krushas and the saw blades. When you reach a moving platform, jump onto it. As it moves down, do a rolling jump to the N token before jumping back to the platform. Go right when it reaches the top.
  6. Jump over the Krusha and the saw blades. Then grab the barrel, jump over the next saw blade, and throw the barrel to the left after landing. Enter the doorway that appears.
  7. Bonus Room: Jump on the tire and land on the left cave. Then do a rolling jump to the right to reach the G token. Now jump on the Klaptrap and collect its bananas. Use the tire to avoid it while it blinks. When the Klaptrap is defeated, you will get a Rambi token.
  8. Back at the level, go right into the exit cave.

Rope Bridge Rumble

  1. Go right, jump across the tire, and jump on the Kritter. At the 2nd pit, you should see a hidden barrel cannon. Jump into that cannon.
  2. Bonus Room: Jump across the tires and grab the bananas. When you reach the frog crate, break it open and jump onto Winky. Then go through the exit door.
  3. Go right and jump onto the tire. Grab the K token and bounce back onto the wooden platforms. Then continue going right as you jump across the tires. Watch out for the Zingers along the way.
  4. Break the star barrel when you see it. Then bounce off the Kritter and jump across the pit. Get off Winky, do a rolling attack into the O token, and jump back onto the Winky.
  5. Go right, jump off the platform, and bounce off the tire to grab the bananas. Jump over the jumping Kritters and then jump onto the moving platform with the tire. Grab the N token and land on the platform at the right.
  6. Jump onto the next platform with the tire. As it moves right, bounce over the Zingers and then land on the platform with the DK barrel. Then jump onto the next moving platform, bounce over the Zingers, and land on the platform at the right.
  7. Go right and jump on the Kritters. Then roll into the G token and jump onto the ground. Go right and jump on the moving platforms. When you see the lone banana at the top of the screen, jump through the banana and you will be launched from a hidden barrel cannon.
  8. Bonus Room: Animal tokens will flash across the barrels. Jump through one of the barrels to stop it at one of the tokens. Then time your jump through the other barrels so that the image on the barrels match that of the first barrel. The prize you get will be token on the barrel.
  9. Go right and land on the moving platform with the tire. Bounce over the Zingers and land on the platform. Then go through the exit.

Really Gnawty Rampage

  1. Jump on Really Gnawty and he will do a high bounce. Watch out for him when it does that.
  2. As you cause more damage to Really Gnawty, he will do more high jumps and his movements will increase. Keep jumping on him until he falls.

Oil Drum Alley

  1. Go right and jump onto the platform. Jump on the Gnawty and grab the rope at the top. When the rope moves to the left, jump onto the black trap door to reveal a TNT barrel.
  2. Grab the barrel and head right. Throw the TNT barrel at the 1st oil drum you see. Then jump down the pit to land in a barrel cannon.
  3. Bonus Room: Fire yourself upwards at the middle of the room. You will reach a 1up balloon.
  4. Go right and jump over the jumping Kritters and the oil drums. When you see the Gnawties, jump across them. At the 3rd bounce, keep moving to the right and land on the black trap door. Grab the TNT barrel that appears and throw it at the wall to the left. Enter that door.
  5. Bonus Room: Time your jump so that all 3 barrels stop at a single banana. They appear at every other image. Pick up the barrel that appears and run and jump into the wall at the right.
  6. Bonus Room: Jump through the blinking letters. When you get all the letters, you will receive a 1up balloon.
  7. Go right and bounce over the oil drums. Then jump over the Gnawties and land on the black trap door for a DK barrel. Then go right and pass the jumping Kritters.
  8. Jump into the barrel cannon and land on the trap door to reveal a tire. Push the tire to the right and watch out for the jumping Kritters. When you see the oil drums, push the tire fast enough for the tire to pass the drums. Use the tire to grab the banana bunch and the O token at the top.
  9. Break the star barrel and keep pushing the tire to the right. When you see the trap door, bounce off the tire and land on the door to reveal a DK barrel. Then jump into the pit to break a rhino barrel. Jump on Rambi and bounce out of the pit.
  10. Go right and watch out for Manky Kong. Then jump over the oil drum and run through the jumping Kritters. Then run through the Manky Kong and the next jumping Kritters. When you go right, you will find another oil drum. Run through the wall to the right of the drum to reveal a hidden doorway.
  11. Bonus Room: Jump into the barrel cannons. Launch yourself to the right when the barrels are aligned with the barrels at the right. Grab the N token along the way and go through the exit.
  12. Go to the right. Jump across the oil drums when the fire dies down. When you reach the platform with the stairs, watch out for Manky Kong's barrels.
  13. The following oil drums have flames that rise up and down 3 times. After the flames stay up for a few seconds, they will stay inside the drums for a while. Jump across the drums when this happens.
  14. At the last barrel drum, jump onto the trap door to reveal the G token. Then go right and go through the exit.

Trick Track Trek

  1. Go right while avoiding Necky's coconuts. Then jump onto the steel platform and have it carry you to the right. Watch out for the enemies that appear and grab the K token you see.
  2. After the Mini-Necky, 3 Neckies will appear. Bounce over those to reach the O token. Then watch out for the Mini-Neckies that follow. When the platform reaches the end of the track, do a rolling attack under the wooden ramp and then jump into the barrel cannon.
  3. Bonus Room: Jump on the steel platform and have it carry you through the bananas. Once you collect the bananas, leave the room.
  4. Go right and jump over the Gnawties. Break the star barrel and land on the steel platform. As you move, there will be enemies that will fall onto the platform you are riding on. Watch out for those.
  5. After the Mini-Necky and the Zinger that moves vertically, jump to the platform that has 2 Gnawties. Then jump right towards the barrel cannon.
  6. Bonus Room: The Klaptrap in this room will jump when you do. Jump on the Klaptrap to receive some bananas. It will move faster as it takes more damage. When the Klaptrap is defeated, you will receive a 1up balloon.
  7. You will be back on the steel platform. Watch out for the enemies that fall onto the platform. Grab the N token while avoiding Necky's coconuts. After the Klaptrap, grab the G token while avoiding the Zinger that revolves around it.
  8. When you the platform reaches the end of the track, jump onto the platform. Watch out for Manky Kong's barrels as you move right. When you find an opening, roll through Manky Kong and then drop down. Grab the Winky token and get into the barrel cannon.
  9. Bonus Room: Jump through a barrel to stop it at a particular color. Then time your jump through the other 2 barrels so that the colors on those barrels will match. You will receive a 1up balloon that matches the color on the barrels.
  10. Go right and go through the exit.

Elevator Antics

  1. Do a rolling attack off the platform and then jump onto the rope. Climb up and then jump to the right when you reach the top. Enter the doorway.
  2. Bonus Room: Jump through the barrels so that KONG is spelled across the barrels. You will receive a 1up balloon.
  3. Go right and jump over the Slippas. Then climb up the ropes and grab the K token. Then head right and avoid the Mini-Necky. Then jump over the pit, jump on the Slippas, and go through the tunnels.
  4. Climb up the rope and jump on the Mini-Necky. Watch out for the Slippas and jump onto the rope. Then jump to the right, avoid the Zinger, and land on the platform at the right.
  5. Jump on the Slippa, go right, and avoid the Zingers. When you reach 3 ropes with Zingers guarding it, reach the top of the 2nd rope. When the Zinger at the right is at its bottom position, quickly jump to that rope and then jump to the right. You should find a hidden passage that leads to a barrel cannon.
  6. Bonus Room: Launch yourself out of the barrels when they face right. Grab the O token, the Espresso token, and the 2up balloon. Then exit the room.
  7. Break the star barrel and go right. Watch out for the Klump and jump onto the elevators that go down. Then jump right to the next elevators that go up. At the top, jump onto the platform, grab the steel barrel, and throw it at the Mini-Necky.
  8. Jump across the next elevators and jump onto the next platforms. Roll through the Klumps and then grab the steel barrel. Throw it at the Zinger before jumping onto the elevators. Ride the elevators up and then jump onto the platform.
  9. Watch out for the Klumps as you go right. Then jump down and go onto the elevators at the right. Quickly jump to the right before the elevators descend to the Zingers. Then take the elevators that go up to the high platform and go right.
  10. Jump to the elevators at the right and watch out for the Zingers. Land on the platform at the right and jump on the Mini-Necky. Then jump across the next elevators while avoiding the Zinger and go onto the next platform.
  11. Avoid the Mini-Necky and go to the next elevator that goes down. Then jump to the elevator at the right and ride it upwards. Jump to the right for the next elevator and go down. Then take the next elevators up.
  12. Jump on the Min-Necky and jump on the next elevator next to the exit. Ride the elevator down and you will find a doorway. Go into that doorway.
  13. Bonus Room: Launch out of the barrel cannon and collect the bananas.
  14. Back at the level, go right and into the exit.

Poison Pond

  1. Swim upwards and grab the K token. Then head for the right while avoiding the Bitesizes. When you see the upward paths, swim up and then go right. Watch out for the Bitesizes and the Chomp Jrs.
  2. Get past the buzzsaw and avoid the Squidge. Keep going right, get past the buzzsaws, and swim upwards. Watch out for the Bitesizes and the buzzsaws that follow. Then head for the left as you watch out for the Squidges.
  3. There are 2 immobiles buzzsaws on the floor and 1 moving buzzsaw at the ceiling. Go over one of the immobile buzzsaws as the top buzzsaw goes left. When the buzzsaw goes right, go over the next buzzsaw and head left.
  4. Avoid the Bitesizes and watch out for the Squidges. When you reach the wall, swim upwards and grab the O token. Then go right and watch out for the buzzsaw. Break the star barrel when you see it.
  5. Keep going right and avoid the Bitesize. When you see the downward path, go down that path and get past the buzzsaws. Then swim up and break the swordfish crate. Get onto Enguarde and swim to the left and through the Chomp Jr.
  6. When you see the upward path, swim upwards. When you see the buzzsaw, go to the right as the buzzsaw goes left. In the area where you see the Bitesizes, swim upwards. Watch out for the buzzsaws. If you swim up, you can find a hidden room with a Rambi token.
  7. In the room with the buzzsaws, swim to the left. Swim into the small pit at the floor. Wait for the buzzsaw to go left before you swim to the left. Then go into the small area in the ceiling and wait for the buzzsaw to go right. Swim to the left and go into the small pit in the floor. When the buzzsaw goes right, swim to the left.
  8. When you get into the room with the buzzsaws, go left to find a hidden room. Grab the Espresso token and get into the barrel cannon. There will be 2 buzzsaws that will close in on each other. When the buzzsaws fly apart from each other, swim up and then right.
  9. Go through the school of Bitesizes and grab the G token. Avoid the buzzsaws and go through the exit.
  10. Head right and jump on the Gnawties. When you see the mine cart, jump into it. Jump over the Neckies as you go and jump into the next mine cart. Jump over the Neckies and grab the K token. Then immediately jump out to grab the rope. Climb up and jump into the mine cart.
  11. The mine cart will roll through a row of bananas. When you see a small area on the tracks with no bananas, jump up to find a hidden barrel cannon.
  12. Bonus Room: Jump into the barrel cannon. Then launch yourself when the barrel points to the right. Keep doing that with the following barrels and grab the Rambi token and the 1up balloon.
  13. Jump on the 2nd or 3rd Necky you see to reach the O token. Keep riding the mine cart when it falls into the pit. Then jump into the mine cart at the bottom track. Ride to the right and you will grab an Enguarde token.
  14. In the next section, jump into the mine carts as they fall into the pits. When you reach a track that goes down, roll through the star barrel. Jump over the Neckies and jump into the following mine carts. When you see the N token, stay in the mine cart as it falls and jump out right when you grab the N.
  15. Get into the next mine cart. As the mine cart reaches the top of the hill, jump up and you should land on a tire. Jump into the barrel cannon at the right.
  16. Bonus Room: Jump into one of the barrels and it will stop at one of the animal tokens. Time your jump into the other 2 so that the barrels stop at the matching tokens. You will win the token that is present on the barrels.
  17. Jump into the next mine cart and jump through the Zingers. Then jump onto the barrel, watch out for the Zinger, grab the G token, and go into the next mine cart. After riding down the slope, jump onto the tire and bounce into the next mine cart.
  18. As the mine cart falls, jump onto the tire and into the next cart. Bounce across the tires and avoid the Zinger. Jump on the Kritter and land in the cart. As the mine cart goes into the pit, jump onto the tire while avoiding the Zinger.
  19. Jump on the next Kritter and go into the mine cart. Jump over the Zingers to avoid them. When the cart rolls into the pit, jump onto the next Kritter and go into the cart. Then jump on the tire, fall through the column of bananas, and land into the next cart.
  20. As the cart rolls down a steep slope, jump up and you should land on a platform. Then jump to the left and bounce up the tires. Then jump into the barrel cannon.
  21. Bonus Room: Jump on the tire on the moving platform and grab the bananas. Then leave the room.
  22. Go right and exit the level.

Blackout Basement

  1. In this level, the lights will alternate between on and off. When the lights are off, you will be unable to see the level. So go through the level carefully.
  2. Go right and down the stairs. Grab the DK barrel and carry it to the right. You will hit a Kritter along the way. Jump over the pit, go right, and jump on the Kritter.
  3. Jump over the pit and grab the K token. Go right and jump on the 2 Kritters. Then jump on the small platform and jump to the right. Then go right, jump across the small platforms. You could do a rolling attack to the Enguard token and jump to the right platform. This could be risky due to the darkness.
  4. Jump to the ground and head for the right. Jump on the Kremlins as you go and then jump across the tire. Keep going right and get through the Kritters. When you reach the tires, jump across the tires. Land on the trap door and grab the O token.
  5. Jump to the next tire and bounce up to break the star barrel. Then land on the platform at the left and roll through the Klump. Jump onto the rope and swing to the right. Then jump to the platform at the right.
  6. Roll through the Klump and jump onto the moving platform. When the platform is at the right, jump to the right. Wait for the next moving platform to reach its bottom position. Then jump onto the platform. When the platform is at its top position, go to the right.
  7. Roll through the 2 Klumps. Wait for the rope to swing to the left. Then grab it and swing to the right. Jump onto the platform at the right and then jump across the moving platforms. Get onto the ground platform and then get onto the moving platform.
  8. When the platform moves to the right, jump on the next moving platform. When that platform reaches the right, jump onto the ground. Watch out for the Klaptrap and go right. Jump across the arrow platform and go to the next ground platform at the right.
  9. Jump on the 3 Klaptraps and head right. Jump across the 4 arrow platforms but stop at the 4th platform. As the platform falls down, stay above the banana to fall into a barrel cannon.
  10. Bonus Room: Jump into the barrel cannon. Fire yourself through the bananas and grab the N token at the center. Then leave the room.
  11. You will find a steel barrel when you return to the level. Grab the barrel and drop down. Throw the barrel to the left and jump on the barrel as it rolls to the right. The barrel will roll through enemies and into a hidden doorway.
  12. Bonus Room: Watch the balloon as it flies through the 4 barrels. The balloon will stop in one of the barrels. Jump into that barrel to earn the balloon.
  13. Go left, jump up the platform, and grab the G token. Then go right, jump over the Klaptrap, and go into the exit.

Boss Dumb Drum

  1. Dumb Drum will start by trying the fall onto you. Run to the sides when it appears to avoid damage.
  2. Kritters will come out of the drum. Jump on them and then avoid the drum.
  3. The drum will then summon Slippas, followed by Klaptraps, Klumps, and Armies. Avoid the drum's falls after defeating each group of enemies. It will be defeated after you get rid of the Armies.

Tanked Up Trouble

  1. Jump across the platforms and go through the Kritter. Then jump on the steel platform to get it moving. Avoid the 1st fuel tank. As the platform moves up, it will fall to the bottom. Stay in the center of the platform to land in a barrel cannon.
  2. Bonus Room: A 1up balloon will flash across 4 barrels. Watch for where the balloon stops and jump into that barrel.
  3. You will land on the steel platform again. As it goes right, grab the fuel tank. As the platform goes up and right, jump on the Necky and grab the next fuel tank. Past the platform with the bananas above, grab the fuel tank. Then jump on the following Necky to reach the K token.
  4. Jump onto the arrow platform to reach the fuel tank. Then jump back onto the steel platform. When you see the wood platform, jump onto it and jump onto the Kritter. Grab the fuel tank and land on the steel platform.
  5. When you see the arrow platform, immediately jump onto it and grab the fuel tank. Then return to the steel platform.
  6. As the platform slowly moves up, jump onto the Kritters at the side to grab the O token and a fuel tank. As the platform starts descending, you will see a wooden platform with a Kritter. Jump onto the Kritter and grab the fuel tank. Then return to the steel platform.
  7. When you see a column of bananas, drop below that column to be launched up from a hidden barrel cannon. Grab the fuel tank and land back onto the platform. The platform will move up and take you through an Enguarde token.
  8. Break the star barrel and jump onto the next platform. Bounce from the tire to reach the fuel tank. After landing on the platform, jump onto the wooden platforms, jump on the Necky, and grab the next fuel tank. Jump back onto the steel platform.
  9. When you see the tires, bounce off of them to grab the fuel tanks. Avoid the Zingers as you fall back to the steel platform.
  10. As the platform rises, jump onto the steel platform. Jump to the tire at the right as you watch out for the Zinger. Bounce off the tire and grab the fuel tank before landing back onto the steel platform.
  11. Jump onto the next platform and push the tire to the right. Watch out for the Gnawties along the way. Have the tire fall onto the steel platform. Use the tire to reach the next fuel tank. Then jump into the barrel cannon to reach the following fuel tank.
  12. When you see the wooden platforms, stay on the steel platform for a bit. When you grab the N token, immediately jump onto the wooden platform, run to the right, and jump through the fuel tank. Watch out for the Zingers as you fall back onto the steel platform.
  13. Jump into the barrel cannon. As the steel platform moves under the cannon at the right, launch yourself through the banana bunch. Then jump over the Zingers and grab the fuel tanks.
  14. When you see the barrel cannon, it could launch you to the platforms at the right. If you choose not to use that cannon, grab the fuel tank, avoid the Zingers, and grab the G token. Then jump onto the platforms at the end of the track. Go right and through the exit.

Manic Mincers

  1. Go right as you jump on the enemies and avoid the buzzsaws. Grab the K token along the way. When you see the rhino crate, break it open and jump onto Rambi.
  2. Go right as you continue defeating enemies and avoiding buzzsaws. Grab the O token along the way. Break the star barrel when you see it.
  3. Keep going right and get rid of the Krushas. After the pit with the revolving buzzsaws, you will see a barrel. If you lost Rambi along the way, grab the barrel, drop down and throw it to the right to reveal a hidden doorway. Do not break the barrel on the Krusha.
  4. Bonus Room: Jump on the Klaptraps and collect the bananas. When you defeat the Klaptraps, you will receive a 1up balloon.
  5. Continue heading right and avoid the buzzsaws. Then jump onto the moving platform. As the platform goes right, jump over the buzzsaws before jumping onto the ground. Grab the TNT barrel and throw it at the Krusha.
  6. Jump onto the next moving platform and avoid the buzzsaws. Grab the N token along the way. Then jump to the next ground platform. Now jump across the following platform and avoid the buzzsaw. Then jump onto the ground.
  7. Keep going right as you avoid the Krushas. Then jump across the platform while avoiding the buzzsaws. Then jump onto the next ground platform and head right. When you see the tunnel that was past the arrow sign, jump into it.
  8. Go right as you avoid the buzzsaws. Grab the G token at the end and leave the room. When you are back in the level, grab the TNT barrel and head right. Do not use it on any enemies. When you see the wall, throw the barrel at it to find a hidden doorway. Enter that doorway.
  9. Bonus Room: Watch as the balloon flashes across the 4 barrels. Then jump into the barrel the balloon stops in.
  10. Now head right and go into the exit.

Misty Mine

  1. Go right as you watch out for the enemies. When you see the rope, grab onto it as it moves to the right. When the rope reaches its right position, jump to the right.
  2. Grab the TNT barrels to destroy the spawning drums. You will also need the TNT barrel to reach the Rambi token below one of those drums. Then jump onto the rope to move it to the right. When you see the platform, jump to the right.
  3. Keep going right as you watch out for the enemies. Then jump onto the next rope. When the rope moves right, jump onto the next rope and then jump over the drum. Continue going right as you watch out for the enemies.
  4. When you see the rope, jump onto it. Climb to the bottom of the rope to find a doorway. Jump into that door.
  5. Bonus Room: Jump onto the rope and go through the top path. Then grab the K, O, N, and G tokens and jump onto the ostrich crate. Jump onto Espresso and leave the room.
  6. Jump up and use the hover to reach the Espresso token. Then go right and avoid the Klaptraps. When you see the TNT barrel, get off of Espresso and grab it. Take it to the right and do not hit the Klaptraps. Jump over the drum and keep going right. Use the barrel on the next wall at the right. Then enter the doorway.
  7. Bonus Room: Jump into one of the barrels to stop it at one of the tokens. Then time your jump into the other 2 barrels so that the tokens match that of the 1st barrel you jumped through. Then grab the token that appears.
  8. Go right and jump on the Klaptraps along the way. When you get past the drum that is above the pit, watch out for the Armies as you go right. After you get past the drums that spawn Slippas, go into the exit.

Loopy Lights

  1. Head for the right. You will need the jump through the switch barrels to make them say On. so that you could see where you are going. Watch out for the Klaptraps. They will jump when you do.
  2. When you see the small column of bananas, jump into the pit below them. You will land in a barrel cannon.
  3. Bonus Room: Keep the lights on as you jump into the barrel cannons. Have them fire you to the right as they align themselves with the barrels at the right. Grab the K token along the way and leave the room.
  4. Back at the room, head right as you keep the lights on. Then jump onto the moving platform. When the platform is at its right position, jump to the platform at the right and jump throught the switch barrel. Then get onto the moving platform, jump onto the next moving platform at the right, and then get onto the ground platform.
  5. Turn on the switch barrel and jump to the tire at the right. Then land on the platform at the right, jump on the Klaptraps, and bounce off the tire to reach the high switch barrel. Then jump across the following platforms before landing on the ground at the right.
  6. Jump through the following switch barrel and head right. Watch out for the Klaptraps and then jump through the next switch barrel. When you see the O token, roll into it and then jump onto the ground. Keep going right and jump into the next switch barrel when you see it.
  7. Break the star barrel and jump over the Kritter. When you see the tire, push it to the right and use it to bounce to the switch barrel. Then jump onto the moving platform and go right. Jump on the Klaptraps when you reach the ground platform.
  8. Hit the next switch and then jump up the platforms. When you see the Necky, grab the barrel. Carry it to the right while you avoid breaking it. When you reach the next switch barrel, throw the barrel to the right to reveal a hidden doorway. Go inside that doorway.
  9. Bonus Room: Jump into the switch barrel. Then go right and grab the N token and the 1up balloon. Then leave the room.
  10. Jump into the switch barrel and then jump across the moving platforms. Jump onto the Kritter and then hit the next switch. Jump across the tires and then land on the next ground platform.
  11. Hit the next switch and move to the right. Avoid the Zingers along the way and grab the G token. At the next switch, avoid the barrels and jump up the platforms. Then jump onto the Manky Kong and head right. Jump on the Klaptrap and go into the exit.

Platform Perils

  1. Go right, pick up the barrel and throw it at the Krusha. Note that the type of Krusha that appears in this level can only be defeated by barrels.
  2. Jump onto the arrow platform that points right. Just when it starts moving, jump down to the spot below the platform's initial spot. You will land on a hidden platform that will take you to the left. Jump into the barrel cannon.
  3. Bonus Room: Jump into the barrels so that they spell out KONG. You will grab a 1up balloon.
  4. Head for the right and jump on the Army. Use the barrels to defeat the next Army and jump on the arrow platform that points right. When you see the arrow platform that points up, jump onto that and jump onto the next platform.
  5. Get past the Klumps and jump through the column of bananas and the K token. When you ride the arrow platform upwards, jump to the platform that goes down. Then jump over the Zinger and land on the platform that goes right.
  6. Jump onto the next platform and head right. Watch out for the Armies as you get onto the platform that goes down. Upon landing, immediately jump to the platform at the right. Then jump across the platforms that go down as you avoid the Zingers.
  7. When you reach the next platforms, watch out for the Army. Then jump onto the platform that goes down. Then jump across the Necky, land on the next platform, and grab the barrel. Use the barrel to defeat the Armies that roll down towards you.
  8. Jump across the next platforms that go down as you avoid the Zingers. Then jump onto the platform, grab the barrel, and head right. Use it to defeat one of the Armies as you watch out for the other one.
  9. Jump onto the next platform that goes down. When you are close enough to the O token, roll into and then jump onto the platform at the right. Break the star barrel.
  10. Jump on the Gnawty and land on the platform that goes right. Jump up to the DK barrel, grab it, and then return to the moving platform. When you see the Army, throw the barrel at it and land onto the platform it was on.
  11. Jump on the next Gnawty and land on the platform that goes right. Grab the N token as you avoid the Zinger that surrounds it. Then jump on the Gnawty at the right and land on the platform it was standing on.
  12. Ride the platform to the right, jump on the following Gnawty, and ride the next platform up. Repeat the process for the following 2 platforms. When you see the Klump, roll through it and land on the next platform.
  13. Bounce up the tires. Then jump across the Gnawties before landing on the next platform. Head right as you jump over the Zinger. Grab the barrel, throw it at the Krusha, and jump onto the platform that goes right.
  14. Immediately jump to the right, avoid the Zinger, and jump onto platform that goes right. Then jump on the next platform, grab the barrel, and throw it at the Krusha when you see it. Ride the following platform to the right and then jump onto the tire.
  15. Bounce up to the above platform, grab the barrel, and throw it at the Krusha. Jump to the platform that goes right and jump over the Zinger. Grab the following barrel, throw it at Krusha, and jump to the next platform.
  16. Jump up the platform with the barrel, grab that barrel, and return to the platform you were standing on. Throw that barrel at the Krusha. Then bounce off the tire and ride the above platform to the left.
  17. Grab the barrel, jump up to the G token, and throw it at the Gnawty. Then jump onto the platform that goes down and stay on it until you see a platform at the right. Jump to that platform and then go into the barrel cannon.
  18. Bonus Room: Watch for the Enguarde token as it flashes across the barrels. Then jump into the barrel the token stops in.
  19. Go right and head through the exit.

Necky's Revenge

  1. Avoid Necky's coconuts. Then use the tire to jump onto its head.
  2. With each hit, Necky will increase the amount of coconuts it throws at you. Watch out for those before using the tire to jump on Necky's head.
  3. Repeat the process until Necky falls.

Gang-Plank Galleon

  1. When King K. Rool appears, he will throw his crown at you. Jump over the crown and then jump onto his head.
  2. King K. Rool will then run across the stage. Jump over him as he does this. When he throws his crown, jump on him.
  3. Repeat the process twice more and K. Rool will jump across the stage. When he lands, cannon balls will fall from the top. The cannon balls will fall from K. Rool's direction. Watch for an opening between cannon balls so that you can avoid them.
  4. When K. Rool throws his crown, jump on his head. He will then jump across the stage and cannon balls will fire to the left and then the right. Jump on him when his crown is off.
  5. K. Rool will jump one more time. Avoid the cannon balls and the crown and then jump on his head. K. Rool will then fall.
  6. After the fake credits go by, K. Rool will get back up. He will then do wide hops across the stage. Run underneath the hops to avoid them. Jump on him when he throws his crown.
  7. K. Rool will do his wide hops again, followed by smaller hops. When he throws the crown again, jump on him.
  8. K. Rool will do the 3 loops of hops. The first 2 loops have the types of hops he has done before while the 3rd loop has incredibly short hops. After avoiding the hops, jump over the crown and then onto his head.
  • This will end the game of Donkey Kong Country! Watch the ending that follows!
