  • Career

    Donald McCaig wrote his most critically acclaimed book Jacob's Ladder in 1999. It centered around the struggles of one man and his family during the American Civil War. The executors of the Marget Mitchell (the author of Gone With The Wind) gave him permission to write his latest work Rhet Butler's People which is a follow up of Mitchel's class novel-turned-movie.
