Dominic Petruzzi is a professional photographer whose work has appeared in Marie Claire, Italian Elle and Playboy. Petruzzi is the photographer who took the topless photos of Carrie Prejean, before she was crowned Miss California.

At a press conference with Donald Trump on May 11, 2009, Prejean said the photos in question were taken on a breezy day, leading to the exposure of her breasts. On May 12, 2009, one day after the press conference where Donald Trump announced Miss California could keep her crown, both Trump and Prejean were guests on The Today Show. Prejean said the photos that showed her nude breasts were a "wardrobe malfunction" and unintentional.
