The first trailer for the Joss Whedon television series Dollhouse was released in May of 2008. A second trailer was posted on the internet on November 5, 2005. The second trailer opens with a series of coffin-like beds opening to reveal people who look as though they are sleeping. Echo, played by Eliza Dushku, is in one of the beds and wanders through an office. The next series of shots shows Dushku in different outfits and scenerious demonstrating that she can fit in anywhere and do anything (from cracking safes to power business meetings).
One of the men explains to the other that Echo and people like her are different. While they can do anything, they are different than humans. "They're programed".Movie Web: Dollhouse Trailer (November 6, 2008)
The clip ends with Dusku on a new bed and hooked up to a machine. She wakes up, presumably with no knowledge of all the adventures she has had.
