June 2008: The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) amended its lawsuits against the city of Denver over the location of the protest zone during the 2008 Democratic National Convention. In May 2008, the ACLU filed a lawsuit against the city of Denver and the U.S. Secret Service on behalf of more than a dozen protests groups planning to hold demonstrations during the 2008 Democratic National Convention.Examiner.com: Denver Releases Route for Protesters During...
