Rapper DMX appeared in a Miami courtroom for an extradition hearing on August 26, 2008. DMX, whose real name is Earl Simmons, was arrested on a warrant and for not having a drivers license in late June. In a video, shot at the rapper's hearing, the judge is seen denying DMX bond and then setting a court date for October 3.
