Demitry Chaplin is a professional dancer and a new addition to the 2009 cast of Dancing with the Stars. He is partnered with country music singer Jewel. Before cast on Dancing, Chaplin was a contestant on the reality show So You Think You Can Dance.
Dancing with the Stars
Dancing with the Stars pairs celebrities with little to no dancing background with professional dancers. Each week the pair competes against other couples by performing a dance (a new theme is chosen by the producers each week). They are critqued by three judges and then a couple is voted off.
