The theme of the water park is a winter-time beach. The story is that an unusual snowstorm hit Florida and a ski resort was created with slalom courses, toboggan slides and iceberg walkways. When the weather turned warm again, the snow in the resort started to melt. An alligator named Ice Gator gave the idea to use the former ski resort as a water park.
