Plot
The story of Beauty and the Beast is the story of a selfish Prince who had a spell put on him, turning him into a hideous beast. The only way for him to have the curse reversed is to have someone else fall in love with him before the last petal falls from the enchanted flower. A beautiful young woman, Belle, moves into the town with her family. The Beast captures her father and locks him in a dungeon, then realizes that with Belle's help, the curse could be reversed. The Beast captures Belle, who eventually ends up in a fight where he is fatally wounded. Just as the last rose is falling on the enchanted flower, Belle kisses the Beast, turning back into a handsome Prince.
