Originally the DisneyChannelGames.com competitions were based on Olympic style games that were aired on television's Disney Channel from 2006-2008. As of 2008, the browser redirects to the Disney Channel TV website. The site has a myriad of entertainment options, such as exploring popular TV shows like Jonas Brothers, Sonny with a Chance, Hannah Montana, The Suite Life on Deck, Wizards of Waverly Place, Phineas and Ferb, and StarStruck. You can play along as you meet the various characters and learn more about each show.
These games were originally styled to resemble an Olympic Games format and were played at and filmed at Disney's Wide World of Sports Complex. The games were produced and shown on television as special airings. The last season, the 2008 games showcased five sports events and various hosts. Disney Channel stars from around the world teamed and competed in this charitable benefit.
