There are a total of 25 clubs for the player to join in Disgaea 3. However, only a handful are available at the start of the game; the rest must be unlocked by fulfilling certain requirements. Each club provides the player with a helpful effects such as stat bonuses or the ability to obtain particular items or use certain abilities.
