Dino Ciccarelli

Dino Ciccarelli is a former professional hockey player who spent 19 seasons in the National Hockey League. Along the way, Ciccarelli played for the Minnesota North Stars, the Washington Capitals, the Detroit Red Wings, the Tampa Bay Lightning and the Florida Panthers. He retired from professional hockey after the 1998-99 season and, in 2010, was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame.http://www.legendsofhockey.net/html/ind10Ciccarelli.htm

Ciccarelli finished his NHL career with 1,232 games played, 608 goals, 592 points, an even 1,200 points and 1,425 penalty minutes. Minnesota North Stars

After playing junior hockey, Ciccarelli went undrafted and signed with the Minnesota North Stars in 1980. One notable year came during his rookie year in the NHL when he helped the North Stars reach the Stanley Cup Finals, where they were defeated by the New York Islanders. In the following season, Ciccarelli tallied a career-best 55 goals and 51 assists, along with 138 penalty minutes. He spent the bulk of his career with Minnesota, staying with the franchise for nearly nine seasons. Late NHL Career

Ciccarelli finished the 1988-89 campaign with the Washington Capitals and went on to play three additional seasons with the team. He scored in excess of 75 points each year with Washington, with the exception of the 1990-91 season when he was limited to only 54 games. Prior to the 1992-93 season, Ciccarelli was traded to the Detroit Red Wings. He helped the Wings finish atop the National Hockey League in back-to-back seasons as well as reach the Stanley Cup Finals in 1995, but Detroit was defeated by the New Jersey Devils.http://www.legendsofhockey.net/html/ind10Ciccarelli.htm

After four years with the Red Wings, Ciccarelli was traded to the Tampa Bay Lightning. He spent a season and a half with the Lightning, being traded again in January 1998.
