Limited resources, no dinner plan and short on time, Dinner Impossible has it covered. The Food Network series focuses on dinner challenge that must be completed within a specific period of time. Each week the host is presented with a new issue such as preparing a meal for an isolated island or dinner for all the passengers on a luxury train. During each episode other challenges are faced such as having limited access to ovens or other cooking tools or lack of time to defrost food items.
New Host
Robert Irvine hosted Dinner Impossible during seasons one thru four which first aired in 2007. It was later found Irvine had embellished his resume making false claims about working at The White House and helping create a cake for Princess Diana. He is being replaced by Michael Symon for the upcoming seasons. Symon was one of the chefs featured on the show Iron Chef.
