In early September of 2008, hip-hop mogul and rapper Diddy posted an entry on his video blog titled "Message to John McCain" in which he criticized the choice of Sarah Palin for vice-president. In a follow-up video posted a few days later, titled "Attention Sarah Palin," Diddy claims that he was persuaded to give Palin a chance based on her acceptance speech at the 2008 Republican Convention, and apologizes to the people of Alaska for his previous comments. He also states that he would like to play hockey with the vice-presidential nominee.
