DGA Negotiations

On January 11, 2008 the announcement was made that the Director's Guild of America would begin formal contract negotiations with the AMPTP on Saturday January 12, 2008.

1. The DGA's existing contract expires June 30th, 2008.
2. At the time of the announcement, the Writers Guild was in it's 11th week of the Strike.
