The Devil Toad (or "Beelzebufo") is the name given to the fossilized creature discovered more than a decade ago in Madagascar. If living today, the creature would be larger than the current largest living toad - the Goliath Frog.

Land Bridge Theory
Scientists have speculated that the devil toad must have come from a land bridge to Madagascar. Current models of the Earth's prehistoric times don't show a connection between the island and South America.
