You'll begin back in the gardens - Blades will probably be waiting for you, so make quick work of them and follow the flares to the rounded-off column where three doors await - one is blocked by a gate, the other two(red and blue) are sealed.
Use the Emblem Shield to break the seal on the Blue Room, and enter.

The Blue Room
Grab the Luminite from the debris, and move downstairs to fight some Fetishes. Use the Grenade Gun to take them out quickly, then break the off-color wall and destroy the barrels to grab a blue orb fragment and a Holy Water.
Head through the double doors and fight the two Sin Scythes on the stairs - the floor at the bottom acts like a conveyor belt and will pull you into some wall spikes.
Cross past the first spiked wall and check in the chamber to the left to find a DT recharging platform - stand on it to fill your DT gauge, then transform to DT and regain your health, while recharging your DT gauge again.
From there, head into the next area - there's a toxic purple sludge at the bottom that'll sap your HP if you fall into it - if you do, get on the low platform to keep from taking too much damage. Work your way across to the end of the area to grab the Pair of Lances.
Backtrack until you find the respawned Fetishes, defeat them, and use this area to gain a massive amount of red orbs if you have some spare time. Exit to the gardens and fight off any Sin Scythes that are nearby.
The Red Room
Unlock the door to the Red Room and destroy the off-color wall at the bottom of the stairs to find another secret area - destroy the furniture to find a yellow orb, then enter the double doors at the end.
You'll deal with the same sorts of traps, but no Sin Scythes are present - hit the dial on the right before you head through the first set of spikes, and hit the dial that's facing the left hand chamber as well. There's also another DT gauge regeneration pad in this hall.
At the end of this area, jump in the pit and kill the Blades, then kick jump under the platform to grab a blue orb fragment. Check the glowing panel to get the Nightmare-Beta, the last gun to find in the game.
Head back to the gardens and use the Pair of Lances to open the door to the coliseum.
BOSS FIGHT: Griffon III
Collect all the orbs you can before you step in the glowing circle - when you do, a boss battle against Griffon will trigger. When he appears, use the same tactics as before - equip the Ifrit Gauntlets and the handguns, switch to DT mode, and blast him, replenishing your DT gauge with continued fire after you run out.
When Griffon only has about 1/3 of his HP left, he'll begin to make large laser walls with gaps between them - avoid them by staying back and positioning yourself in the gap. To avoid his homing lightning strike, wait until the last possible second before dodging out of the way.
TIP: You can also use platforms to throw off the homing lighting attack - it'll go to where you are when it's fired, so stand on a platform and wait until it's near, then roll off to avoid the attack.
Continue fighting until Griffon is defeated - he'll be crushed underneath a huge stone pillar, which will turn out to be an elevator. Use the elevator to reach an underground area where you can obtain the Wheel of Destiny from the female statue, completing the mission.
A whole blue orb is floating next to the elevator - grab it, then ride the elevator up to the surface and backtrack to the ruins area. Place the Wheel of Destiny in the black orb to lower the bridge again, and enter the castle.
The castle has been twisted by deep evil - it's completely covered in darkness, except for what Dante can see thanks to that Luminite flashlight. Enter the main hall, and grab the blue orb fragment that's sitting on the left side of the dial(that used to be a statue).
Don't bother with the dial for now, just head to the Statue of Time on the upper level and grab the blue orb fragment nearby with the Air Raid. Now, activate the dial to find a new enemy - the Plasma.
Equip the Ifrit Gauntlets(Plasmas can't be damaged with the Alastor), and avoid it's lasers while you pummel it. Destroy it quickly, or it'll split into three to annoy you. Once you defeat the Plasma, the sealed door will be opened, and you can enter the hangar.
The Plasma in here will split into three whether you like it or not, so simply keep taking it on until all three pieces are dead, then enter the hallway.
Destroy the tables to find red orbs, and purchase Inferno if you have enough saved back. Face the painting, jump up and touch the statue's head to net another blue orb fragment. Move down the hallway, and destroy the suits of armor to find more red orbs.
Open the large iron door to begin your fight against Nightmare.
BOSS FIGHT: Nightmare
There are dials on the walls, and a puddle of fluid in the middle of the floor. Light up one of the dials, then examine the puddle to reveal Nightmare, a difficult boss.
To defeat Nightmare, you need to keep the room lit by hitting the dials - he'll remain in a solid state with a blue sphere at his core, which you can hit to deal damage. When the lights go out, he'll revert to a liquid state; try to keep that from happening.
Towards the end of the fight, let the lights go out and Nightmare will grab you and transport you to a nightmare world where you'll fight Sargassos and a Phantom Zombie. You can replenish your health here a bit, and when you defeat the enemies and return to reality, you'll take 1/4 of Nightmare's HP away.
Head through the doors to the bridge, and jump across the path to use the Staff of Hermes on the area behind the lion epitaph. Two painting will appear on either side, so jump into the left painting to complete the mission.
A portal will open up behind you that transports you to the Path of Trials whenever you want - for now, head upstairs and enter the first door to destroy some furniture and get some red orbs. Head to the top of the area, and jump into the left portal that opens.
You'll come out of a portrait into an enclosed area - when you try the door, Frosts(a new enemy) will attack. Equip the Ifrit Gauntlets to make short work of them, especially if you use DT mode, then head out.
Move down the hallway and down the left hand path, killing the Marionettes and Fetishes that block your way. Head around the corner and enter the door to a display room where an odd enemy awaits.
The giant set of dinosaur bones will throw energy balls at you, so equip the Alastor and whack the balls to send them back at the skeleton - after three hits, it'll be out of commission. Jump up to the ledge, and head right while hugging the wall to find an out-of-the-way balcony - from there, head left and jump to make a blue orb fragment drop down.
There's a crank next to the mirror that's gathering moonlight - examine it, then rotate the Left Thumbstick to turn the crank - the mirror will move to cast moonlight onto the device on the balcony across the way, which forms a small silver ball - the Quicksilver.
Jump onto the ledge and follow it around, then kick jump to the overhang across from you. During the lightning you'll see some translucent platforms floating around - jump across these to the area where the Quicksilver is located, and grab it.
Take the Quicksilver back with you to the main hall and use the door at the end of the right hand path you ignored earlier, then use it on the door to face off against Nelo Angelo.

BOSS FIGHT: Nelo Angelo III
First things first, Nelo's sword will glow blue before he swings it, so keep your eyes open for that tell-tale glow to know when to dodge. Use a Holy Water to kill off a quarter of his HP, which will cause him to teleport to the back near the windows and cast icicles at you.
Dodge the icicles, then equip the Ifrit Gauntlets and trigger DT mode before pounding him down - he'll block most of the attacks, but you can jump kick him to break his guard beforehand. When his sword glows, you can either dodge or punch him to knock him out of the attack animation.
NOTE: Not all of Nelo's attacks can be negated - a few of them can't be knocked aside by attacking him, and if he hits you it will do MASSIVE damage.
Use Devil Stars as often as you feel necessary - that's what they're there for, and they make the battle a lot easier to handle.
Once you defeat Nelo, a surprise for Dante is revealed...
