He entered the stage jumping, screaming, pointing to the crowd authoritatively, which is his signature aggressive style. During the speech he repeated the phrase "Developers, developers, developers," to urge the importance for Microsoft. Since the original video hit YouTube, it inspired numerous viral videos and parodies.
