  • Detective Edgar Rios allegedly waited over two years before telling the family of missing woman Amber Ramsey, that she was dead. Ramsey was reported missing in February of 2006, her body, coat and ID were found just seven months later. Her parents were notified in March of 2008. It was reported that the woman died of a drug overdose.
