Dennis Quaid 60 Minutes

Dennis Quaid appeared on 60 Minutes to discuss the almost deadly incident last November when his infant twins were accidentally given massive amounts of blood thinner at Cedars-Sinai Hospital. Quaid and his wife Kimberly have not spoken to the media about the incident until this interview. Quaid said,"It was the scariest, most frightening day that I think either of us have ever been through, to come face to face with your little kids who - so young in that kinda situation." Due to five miscarriages, the Quaids found a surrogate to carry their twins.

  3. Supposed to receive Hep-lock after receiving antibiotics for a staph infection
  4. The Heparin turned their blood consistency to water which stopped them from clotting
