Dennis Kaufman claims his stepfather, Jack Tarrance, was the Zodiac Killer who terrorized the San Francisco Bay Area throughout the 1960's and 1970's.
Kaufman claims he found several incriminating items after his stepfather's death, including a knife still covered with what could be dried blood and several rolls of undeveloped film. The Hood
