On May 28, 2008, Dell revealed a few details about the new Mini Inspiron. According to Gizmodo, it's a low-cost notebook meant for developing countries. Dell said that it would be a "perfect device for the next billion internet users."
The laptop is really small, making it very portable.
The photos reveal a small red laptop, no longer than a pencil.
