Deee-Lite

Deee-Lite was a trio consisting of lead vocalist Lady Miss Kier, Super DJ Dmitry and Jungle DJ Towa Towa (after leaving the group he changed his stage name to Towa Tei). The band was known for their striking visual performances and colorful videos. They created groovy mixtures of funk, techno, rap, and house which helped them gain a large fan base in the New York City club scene during the 1990s until they disbanded in 1996.
