Deborah Phelps is the principal of Windsor Mill Middle School in Baltimore, Maryland, and she is also the mother of gold medalist Michael Phelps. Deborah attended the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, China, where she was seen cheering Michael on during his strive for the gold in his eight swimming events.
