Dead to Rights Story
At the beginning of Dead to Rights, Jack Slate is an honest K9 cop in a dirty town. However, while on a routine patrol, Jack's life changes drastically: his father is murdered, and he is framed for a crime he didn't commit. Jack must then fight his way through the criminals and cops in Grant City to uncover the mystery. Aided by his faithful police dog, Shadow, it's going to take all of Jack's fighting and shooting skills to stay alive.IGN: Dead to Rights Review (August 15, 2002)Dead to Rights Gameplay
Dead to Rights is a third-person shooter that utilizes "bullet time," where the on-screen action slows down for precision shooting. There is also a rudimentary hand-to-hand combat system, as well as a grapple attack, allowing Jack to perform cinematic closeup death sequences. Jack's dog, Shadow, can also be used to perform attacks.GameSpot: Dead to Rights Review (August 19, 2002)-
