About Dead Space
The story of Dead Space focuses on the plight of Isaac Clarke and his crew who respond to a distress call from a large mining vessel known as the USG Ishimura. At first, they assume that they have been summoned to repair the ship's communications system, but soon discover that the entire facility has been completely overrun by hostile life forms called Necromorphs.
