• For two weeks following the official launch of Dead Space, EA Games is offering two free bonus suits as part of a special promotion. Each one is console-specific and features additional inventory slots as well as a 10% armor rating. The Obsidian rig is exclusive to the PS3 and the Elite rig is only available for the Xbox 360. After two weeks, players can purchase the Obsidian suit from the PlayStation Network for $2.50 and the Elite suit from Xbox Live for 200 Microsoft points.

  A third Scorpion rig can be obtained by pre-ordering the game from EB Games, GameStop and other participating retail stores. The suit comes with extra inventory slots as well as a 25% armor rating.Unscipted360: Dead Space Isaac Clarke Suits (October 14, 2008)
