Dead Space 2 is a third-person sci-fi shooter/horror survival game for Playstation 3, Xbox 360 and PC. This page explains how to complete Chapter 9.

A complete video walkthrough is followed by text instructions.

1. Follow the path.
2. Once you approach the elevator, some enemies will appear. Eliminate them.
3. Use the elevator and eliminate the enemies on the next level.
4. Proceed into the next area, eliminate the enemies and use the store.
5. Proceed and eliminate the upcoming enemy. Be aware, the enemy will fall apart into a few smaller enemies.
6. Follow the path and use the next elevator.
7. Eliminate the enemies once you exit the elevator and get the power node.
8. Proceed and eliminate the enemy by shooting an explosive at its core.
9. Use the next elevator and get ready for some enemies once you exit it.
10. You can find a save station and bench in the next room.
11. To get the tram running, you need to place three items in the blue lit unit in the center. The pieces are also blue lit and are located in the two units beside the center one as well as in the area to the right of the units.
12. Once you placed the items into the unit, use the computer to activate the tram.
13. Eliminate the upcoming enemies and get into the tram.
14. When you exit the tram, use the save station and search for items.
15. During the next part you will face quite a lot of enemies. Carefully proceed and use stasis on the fast raptor-like enemies.
16. Carefully, proceed through the hallway after the elevator and eliminate all enemies here. Then, use the save station and proceed.
17. Shoot the red canisters at the capsule ahead until it moves.
18. Proceed onto the large platform.
19. You now need to shoot red canisters at the big tank. Use stasis on the enemies and eliminate them quickly. Do not get too caught up fighting enemies. Focus on destroying the tank.
20. Afterwards, escape the area by using the elevator and enter the tram.
