There is also a greater variety of enemies in this chapter, ending with taking out the sixteen necromorph spiders in the final seconds to earn the Remember the Alamo achievement.

• Regain control of Gabe Weller outside of the hospital.
• Proceed ahead to the far wall.
• Take out the super slasher who attacks on the left.
• Eliminate the super spitter who comes out of the vent to the right.
• Take out the brute that emerges from the door in the midst of the back wall.
• Once he is dead, eliminate the crawlers who begin streaming out of the open door.
• Stomp on the brute and pick up the ruby semiconductor.
• Loot the room.
• Enter the zero oxygen zone through the unlocked door.
• Use kinesis to grab one of the floating bodies.
• Drag the body through the mine.
• Set off both of the laser mines.
• Continue around the corner.
• Don't detonate the third laser mine. This one will weaken the super splasher who comes out of the vent when he collides into it.
• Finish off the super slasher.
• Enter the door behind him.
• Hug the left wall.
• Follow the wall to the box with the fourth power node.
• Purchase any necessary items from the shop, and upgrade at the bench.
• Use the save station.
• Continue through the next unlocked door.
• Head off to the right.
• Proceed through the next door.
• Head right into the hallway.
• Continue to the spot where the slasher was pulling a body.
• Look to the right at the reception counter with the red balloons.
• Kill the slasher as he opens attack.
• Go into the room across from the entrance.
• Pick up the fifth power node.
• Return to the large room.
• Take out the super spitter after he jumps down from the ceiling behind the reception desk.
• Take out the slasher near the elevator.
• Ride the elevator down to the next area.
• Proceed left into the large room.
• Note the necromorph growth in the middle of the room.
• Hug the wall by the entrance door.
• Shoot the nearest of four slashers playing possum on the infirmary beds.
• Use stasis to take out the remaining three.
• Take out the super slasher who emerges from the necromorph growth.
• Once you have eliminated all of the enemies, head over to the wall across from the entrance.
• Pick up the sixth power node.
• Shoot the cyst in the doorway near the power mode.
• Take out the ones in the hallway.
• Continue into the next area.
• Use the blue panel to open the security gate.
• Proceed across the room to the next door.
• Wait for the necromorphs to run from view.
• Make your way over to the save station.
• Go around the corner where you spotted the necromorphs.
• Proceed through the unlocked door.
• Enter the room.
• Use stasis to take out the pack children.
• Continue forward to trigger another pack children attack.
• Retreat back to where you held off the previous group.
• Take out the pack children.

• Continue on into the next room.
• Run over to the far wall.
• Turn around and head over to the bench to deal with another group of pack children.
• Once all of the pack children are eliminated, use your suit locator to head up the ramp.
• When you get to the top of the ramp, there are more laser mines.
• Use kinesis to drag something through the mines and detonate the first mine.
• Once the first mine is detonated, enter the room.
• Take out the leaper to the right.
• Go to the other side of the room.
• Head down the ramp.
• Get the seventh power node.
• Climb up to the top floor.
• Detonate the remaining laser mines.
• Proceed through the unlocked door.
• Proceed down the hallway.
• Head into the room to the right.
• Take out the slasher playing possum.
• Pick up the available ammunition.
• Head back into the hallway.
• Go into the doorway off to the right.
• Proceed through all of the rooms.
• Kill the necromorph spiders as they attack.
• Return back into the mail corridor.
• Continue forward to the intersection.
• Take out the necromorph, set of slashers and exploder who jump down from the ceiling.
• Head straight through the intersection.
• Proceed into the next room.
• Enter the open door.
• Purchase from the store, upgrade at the bench.
• Take out the divider and slasher who attack as you exit back into the hallway.
• Continue back to the intersection.
• Head to the left and continue to the reception area.
• Make your way to the eighth power node under the aquarium.
• Go through the unlocked door on the other side of the room.
• Take out the pregnant necromorph. Aim low so you do not release swarmers.
• Stomp the corpse for a release of ammunition.
• Use the save station.
• Proceed through the next two unlocked doors into the hospital room.
• Make your way around the beds.
• Get to the central room door.
• Take out the legless spitter and super spitter.
• Grab the medkit in the central room.
• Take out the super spitter who attacks.
• Continue through the door until you reach another open area.
• Walk down the ramps and back up the opposite side.
• Take out the super slasher playing dead in the far corner of the ramp.
• Proceed into the elevator.
• Take it down to the next area.
• Exit the elevator.
• Proceed to the right along the glass panel until you get to the circular room.
• Take out the super slasher ahead and the super spitter who attacks from behind.
• Once they are dead, a super spitter drops down from the vents near the room entrance.
• Take him out along with another super spitter.
• When the area is clear, proceed through the unlocked door.
• Hop onto the elevator.
• Go down into the next area.
• Exit the elevator.

• Continue through the doorway and down the corridor.
• When you get to the end of the hall, take out the legless spitter before opening the door.
• Ignore the suit locator's directions to turn left.
• Go straight down the corridor.
• Follow it around the next corner.
• Go through the unlocked door.
• Proceed to the other side of the shower room.
• Take out the pregnant necromorph in the alcove off to the side.
• Enter the room once it is dead.
• Pick up the Peng Treasure to earn the Peng Me Again achievement.
• Return the way you came.
• Take out the super slayers and pregnant necromorph in the shower room.
• Follow the suit locator to the next room.
• Take out the super leaper and exploder on the opposite side of the area.
• Proceed through the furthest door.
• Get on the elevator.
• Ride it to the next area.
• Get off the elevator.
• Use the save station.
• Use kinesis to pick up the chair.
• Go through the door.
• Use the object to detonate the laser mines.
• Continue down to the end of the hallway.
• Proceed through the door into the next room.
• Head over to the left side of the room.
• Once you get to the glass, a cutscene is triggered.
• Watch the cutscene.
• Head to the far side of the room.
• Proceed through the unlocked door.
• Head right.
• When you get to the ramp, a slasher attacks from one of the vents behind you.
• Take out the slasher.
• Go down the ramp.
• Another slasher attacks as you get to the bottom.
• Take it out.

• Proceed into the large room.
• Retreat under the attack from more pack children.
• Take them out as they try to make their way through the door.
• Once they are all eliminated, head into the large room.
• Proceed through the room and into the corridor.
• Go left through the door.
• Use the save station at the end of the hall.
• Go through the next door.
• Take out the dividier.
• Follow the necromorphs right through the door.
• This is the final stop to use the bench to upgrade and stock up at the store.
• When you are ready, go through the door.
• Head immediately left.
• Go into the niche in the wall.
• Pivot to face the doorway.
• Use stasis to take out the half dozen super stalkers.
• Head to the left corner.
• Take out the pack children.
• Make your way to the back wall.
• Take out the stalkers that attack here.
• Head to the blue panel.
• Pick up an energy core. 
• Look through the rack off to the right.
• Head over to replace the bad power cell.
• Take out the two groups of pack children along the way.
• Proceed through the doorway to trigger a cutscene.
• Take out the two slashers and two infectors who attack as soon as it is over.
• Grab the available ammunition and medpacks in the room.
• Head over to the shuttle.
• Hack the terminal in front of it.
• Once you do this, you will not be able to move.
• Wait for the necromorphs to enter before finishing the game, or you miss out on the Remember the Alamo achievement.
• Take out 16 of the necromorphs, interspersed with slashers and exploders.
• Once you have finished them off, look up at the far wall.
• Shoot the four purple fuses to open the bay doors of the shuttle.
• Once you have shot all four fuses, the chapter and DLC are completed.
• The Sacrifice achievement is earned upon completion.
• Playing on Zealot difficulty unlocks The Veteran achievement.
