Dead Rising 2 will be set in a different location than the first game. Dead Rising took place in the small town of Willamette and was set in a large mall. Dead Rising 2 will be set in a fictional Las Vegas-like town called Fortune City. Early screenshots from the game show what is assumed to be the main character in a large casino, surrounded by zombies and wielding a roulette wheel and a guitar as weapons.
