Dead Leaves is an anime film released in 2004, and produced by Japanese anime studio Production I.G.
Plot

Retro and Pandy have superior physical powers and are captured by Tokyo authorities and sent to the notorious prison called Dead Leaves located on the half destroyed moon. While in prison Retro and Pandy plan a prison break, while the deranged warden thinks the duo are spies he begins to plot his revenge. Pandy and Retro are saved when their child comes to the rescue by blowing the warden away.
