Dazed and Confused is a film by director Richard Linklater that takes an autobiographical look at the adventures of a group of teens in small-town Texas, on the last day of school in 1976. Starring a cast of soon-to-be stars including Matthew McConaughey, Ben Affleck and Parker Posey, the movie was a critical success and helped establish Linklater as a major talent. While it didn't received a great deal of commercial success when it was released, it has since gone on to become a "Cult" classic.
