11-year-old Daxx Dalton in Aurora, Colorado, was suspended from school in September 2008 after he came to class wearing a T shirt linking Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama to terrorism. The T-shirt had the text "Obama - A Terrorist's Best Friend" written on it.
Dalton, a fifth-grade student at the Aurora Frontier K-8 School, wore the T-shirt on a day students had been asked to wear red, blue and white to express their patriotism.
