5. He and Don Strock often alternated at QB, and was known by fans by the combined nickname of "Woodstrock"
6. Was starting QB in the famous 1981 AFC Division Round Playoff game against Chargers known as "The Epic in Miami"
7. Started in Super Bowl XVII and at the time was the youngest quarterback ever to start a Super Bowl
8. Also played for the Steelers from 1984-1985
9. Died: May 4, 2003 from kidney and liver failure
