David Salazar and mother Gregoria Salgada Vazquez have been arrested and charged with aggravated kidnapping and aggravated sexual assault of sixteen year old Mexican female. Vazquez and Salazar arranged for the girl to be smuggled from Mexico to Houston and held her as a sex slave since January 1, 2008. The girl was forced to have sex with Salazar and then taken to the night club that he owned to have sex with his clients. Police were finally able to track down the girl when she found a way to use a cell phone to call 911. The girl is now in protective custody. Vazquez and Salazar are scheduled for their first court appearance March 31, 2008.
