David Phyall

  • David Phyall, a resident of Bishopstoke, Hampshire, England, cut off his own head with a chainsaw in July of 2008. An inquest into his death was held on November 19, 2008.     Phyall reportedly tied the chainsaw to the leg of his pool table, taped down the "on" button and plugged the chainsaw into a timer set for 15 minutes.
