David Martz

David Martz is a pilot who works for musician Tommy Lee.

In March of 2009, the FAA revoked Martz's pilot's license after a video surfaced of a porn star performing oral sex on him while he was flying his helicopter over San Diego.TMZ: Celeb Chopper Pilot Grounded Over Porn Flight (March 11, 2009) In May of 2009, a judge denied Martz's appeal to reinstate his license. Martz flew Lee's helicopter on January 1, 2009, when the helicopter was ordered to land at the Van Nuys airport in California after it was seen flying erratically. The incident was investigated by the FAA.Newsday: Tommy Lee was passenger in chopper flying erratically (February 3, 2009)

Later in 2007, Martz was photographed grabbing a topless woman's breasts while in a helicopter. FAA received an email and photographs describing the incident. A representative said FAA did not investigate it because there was no formal complaint filed and there was no proof he was flying when the photos were taken.
