David Koechner

David Koechner is an American comedian and actor. While in college at the University of Missouri he decided to move to Chicago and give a career in comedy a shot. He graduated from The Second City comedy troupe in 1994 where he met Steve Carell and and by 1995 was a cast member on Saturday Night Live. His recurring characters included one of the British Fops and Gary Macdonald, younger brother to cast member Norm Macdonald. More recently he has appeared in such comedies as Anchorman, Talladega Nights, Thank You for Smoking and The Comebacks. He also has a recurring role on NBC's The Office as Michael Scott's friend Todd Packer.
