David Fincher

David Fincher is an American director of commercials, music videos, and feature films. In June 2009, Fincher signed on to direct The Social Network, a film chronicling the founding of the social networking website, Facebook. David Fincher is said to have shown an early interest in film making, first using a camera at the age of eight. After leaving ILM, Fincher went on to direct TV commercials and music videos, both for N. Lee Lacy and for his own company, Propaganda, which he created in 1987 with directors Dominic Sena, Nigel Dick, and Greg Gold. Fincher has worked with Brad Pitt several times during the making of Se7en and Fight Club as well as the award-winning film, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button.
