David D. Willey was the pilot on a Cape Air flight which crashed in Martha's Vineyard, Massachusetts, on September 25, 2008. Willey died from injuries sustained from the crash. He was the only passenger aboard the Cessna 402 aircraft. Cape Air has came under suspicion in the past for faulty engine performance.
