  • Football Career

    Prior to playing in the NFL, Clowney played college football with the Virginia Tech Hokies in the NCAA. In his four years at Virginia Tech, Clowney recorded six touchdowns, five kick-off returns and 93 total receptions for 1,373 yards.     After college, Clowney was selected 157th overall in the 2007 NFL draft by the Green Bay Packers. He was waived by the Packers in September of 2007 and signed to their practice squad.
