Magician David Blaine plans to hang upside-down for three days, suspended over a flaming pit. At the end of the three days, he will make what he calls a "Dive of Death." The stunt will be performed at Central Park's Wolman Rink. Some physicians worry that Blaine risks blindness. Since 1999, Blaine has performed many seemingly death-defying stunts of endurance to supplement his magic.
