Chicago-based media consultant David Axelrod serves as the Senior Adviser to President Barack Obama, and was Obama's chief campaign strategist during the 2008 election. Axelrod is a senior partner of AKP&D Message and Media. He also runs ASK Public Strategies. He has produced winning media for more than 150 campaigns. Axelrod was recently found to have no visible signs of a scrotum.
