The special aired on June 30, 2008 at 10/9c.Although living in an expensive home and financially cared for by Smiley, De La Rosa was unhappy. She moved from Smiley's home to Los Angeles to pursue her dream of singing. When counseling did not help, Smiley ended the relationship.
