Pro Career
On May 14, 1998, Ward made his MLB debut with the Houston Astros. In his first full season with the Astros, Ward appeared in 64 games and finished the season with a .273 batting average with 8 home runs. In 2003, he was traded to the Los Angeles Dodgers.
