Darren Tuck, 26, turned-over a video-tape of an unidentified underage girl being sexually assaulted by Chester Arthur Stiles to Nye County sheriff's investigators on September 8, 2007. County sheriff detective, David Boruchowitz reported that the tape was given over after another man, whom Tuck had showed the tape to, threatened to contact police. Tuck was later arrested on two felony counts of promoting and possessing child pornography. The top charge carries a possible sentence of up to life in prison.
On March 3, 2009, Christoper Arthur Stiles was convicted of 22 counts involving the molestation of two young girls, including the one featured in the sex tape given to police by Tuck. Stiles faces life in prison for his crimes.
