Darnell Nash is one of four people subpoenaed during a Cuyahoga County, Ohio, probe of voter-registration activities of the grass-roots community organization ACORN. Nash, a "transsexual escort" also known as Serina "Sexy Slay" Gibbs, is alleged to have registered to vote several times. On September 30, 2008, Nash cast a ballot under Ohio's early voting regulations using someone else's address.
